SCOPE OF WORK
Responds to complaint calls in order of priority to, set traps, capture loose, stray, sick, injured, or abandoned animals; investigate animal abuse, neglect, and/or nuisance.
Conducts general investigations of animal related problems including, but not limited to animal cruelty and neglect, aggressive and dangerous dogs, animals running at-large, barking, permitting, licensing and impounding of animals all which may involve hostile, irate or distressed members of the public, in a tactful, professional and effective manner.
Patrols an assigned zone in order to identify/capture stray animals, responds to calls/complaints, and enforces animal care ordinances; captures a variety of animals in order to protect the community and to protect animals from injury/death.
Apprehends and confines stray, injured, aggressive/dangerous and nuisance animals in the most safe, humane and approved manner possible. Transports animals to sheltering facility and/or veterinary clinic.
Performs routine medical procedures/evaluation upon animals while in the field including but not limited to, conducts basic medical triage as needed; euthanize animals if necessary and permitted; and administers first-aid when necessary.

Change Control Technical Writer
The CC Tech Writer will ensure compliance by coordinating Change Controls associated with supplier and raw materials changes to primary and secondary packaging, APIβs, and excipients impacting company internal and external sites. The CC Tech Writer will initiate EtQ system CC requests to be communicated to internal and external manufacturing, testing and packaging sites with input from Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Site Leaders, Quality, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed. The CC Tech Writer will present CC Requests at Change Control Committee (CCC) Meetings and interface with the CC approvers to align CC wording, requirements and deliverables as needed to facilitate approval process.
As part of this role, the CC Tech Writer will track/monitor CCs through their lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to timely promotion & notification of change in status, regular updates to CC owners (Sourcing, Site Leaders, Quality & SMEs) on CCs and deliverable status, weekly monitoring and reporting of change control metrics including submissions, approvals and closures. This role will coordinate deliverables execution and documentation in CC as deliverables are received and ensure CCs are closed in a timely manner or initiate extensions when necessary if target closure date is not attainable. Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree is required. A focus degree in Science or Engineering Technologies is preferred. A minimum of 4 years experience in a GMP regulated environment (pharmaceutical etc.) is required. A technical writing background is preferred. Experience with pharmaceutical or consumer manufacturing (processing/packaging, etc.) is required. Experience with facilities, validation, analytical sciences, microbiology or engineering is preferred.
The ability to handle multiple, at times complex change controls at one time is required. The ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical documents is required. Project management, organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities is preferred. The ability to effectively present information and communicate clearly to all levels of management is required. Job Requirements
B.S. /B.A. degree and 1-3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degrees are preferably in relevant scientific disciplines and experience is in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to organize and present information both formally and informally.
Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of scientific theories, principles, and techniques used in analytical or biological test procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Controls Leader will provide key leadership with regard to power and control systems, equipment specification and maintenance, proper operation, technician development, troubleshooting and repair to achieve or exceed reliability targets the plant. This role has responsibility for systems optimization, compliance, personnel safety and technician skill development relative to plant electrical power and process control systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists primary administrator and troubleshooter for plant power and control systems and is a key member of plant technical leadership.
- Provides input to the Engineering Projects Manager to develop and manage power and control standards and ensure application of the standards on all projects and upgrades.
- Leads the execution of the site masterplan for power and controls systems to include understanding of the installed base, and replacement plan for obsolete equipment/technologies.
- Builds and maintains a sustainable system for plant Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) technicians skill development. Coaches technicians on skill assessment and development of operating within the department.
- Manages Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) technicians and daily direction setting.
- Knows, communicates, and ensures technician compliance to local and national regulator codes (NFPA 70, NFPA 70e, NFPA 79 and OSHA 1910). Is also responsible for ensuring equipment and safe practice compliance in their area of responsibility.
- Responsible for validation of the MES data from PLCs. Support plant Process Engineers in conditioning PLC data to accommodate effective data analysis including application development.
- Provides support in the design and implementation of machine control and process automation applications, such as: control strategies, HMI design, MES applications and KPI development.
- Works with engineering and operations to identify losses, and develop plans and strategies to eliminate them, in the areas of safety, quality, reliability and cost.
- Owns parts or whole Key Elements for systems related to power and control system such as electrical safety (LOTO, Electrical PPE, Energized work permits, low voltage qualification, etc.) and Quality/CCP compliance (checkweighers, metal detectors, vision systems, ingredient flows, temperatures, etc.).
- Works closely with engineering and operations leaders on selection and installation/start-up of new equipment. Becomes the technical expert on new equipment and ensures the training of others regarding control systems.
- Provides power and controls engineering support on capital initiatives.
- Provides support throughout other parts of the plant as needed on a daily basis.
- Learns and applies control, simulation and process modeling technologies to analyze and improve overall process and packaging operations.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required; Electrical engineering degree is preferred
Experience
- 5 years of relevant controls experience is required
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Mechanical and electrical experience in food manufacturing is preferred

Industrial Maintenance Controls Technician
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Compensation: $36 - $39 hour

As an Industrial Maintenance Controls Technician, you will support our manufacturing operations by providing a full range of electronic equipment maintenance with focus on reliability. Ensure sustainable operation of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, conveyor systems, and other production machinery. The Industrial Maintenance Controls Technician will also be a key member of process improvement and problem-solving teams.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Associates degree or higher required
- PLC experience is required
- Strong Mechanical and Electrical background (up to 480v)
- Hydraulic and pneumatic experience
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and OEM manuals
- 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
- Possesses strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CMMS, etc.)
Industrial Maintenance Controls Technician Job Description
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using logical and systematic methodologies.
- Routine maintenance including but not limited to field fault analysis, calibration of instrumentation using proper test equipment, component replacement, alignment and calibration to specification.
- Troubleshoot and repair various equipment to include electronic, digital equipment and AC/DC motors & controls.
- Fault analysis of hard-wired relay logic, motor control circuits, motor power circuits (single & 3 phase) and common utility/lighting circuits.
- Access and use PLC logic programming to troubleshoot production equipment.
- Replacement of identified failed parts or components.
- Adjust equipment to bring it into operational specifications.
- Recommend process or procedure changes based on observed equipment behavior.
- Testing of electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, and voltmeters to ensure proper operation and safety of system.
- Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
- Maintain current and accurate maintenance data to establish historical records and future maintenance requirements.

Summary
The DISO Access Control Specialist plays a key role within the Business Risk Organization, supporting day-to-day Access Management and Cyber/Information Security operations. This individual ensures proper governance of entitlements, evaluates access risks, and collaborates across business and technology teams to uphold strong access control practices. They will support global and regional security initiatives, with daily operations aligned to U.S. time zones. This role requires strong analytical skills, careful attention to detail, proficiency navigating access management tools, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder levels.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Associate degree in business or technology field.
- 4+ years of overall experience in data analysis, DISO, or similar functions.Β
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in access control management within a Financial Services or highly-regulated organization.Β
- Basic IT knowledge preferred.Β
- Strong diligence, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on tasks.Β
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.Β
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and SharePoint site maintenance.Β
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.

DISO Access Control Specialist will:
- Execute daily Access Management and Cyber/Information Security tasks, including reviewing and approving entitlement requests.Β
- Review and assess exceptions and risks across domains such as Internet access, Client Data, and critical business applications.Β
- Manage internet user access exceptions, reviewing requests for appropriateness and compliance.Β
- Oversee the creation, modification, and retirement of entitlements.Β
- Support line managers, role owners, and application owners in the ongoing maintenance of user entitlements.
- Navigate Access Management tools, including enhancements and stability updates based on control requirements and business changes.Β
- Maintain shared drives, SharePoint sites, documentation, and operational materials for various initiatives.
- Maintain procedures and ensure relevant pages and resources remain current.Β
- Manage project plans and schedules related to third-party entitlements, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.Β
- Reconcile third-party access rights and track entitlement processes as needed.
- Create and maintain metrics and reporting that support ongoing access management and risk monitoring.
