Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes for all IT and telecommunications deliverables.
- Perform periodic inspections and assessments of contractor and government compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Provide independent quality assessments of IT projects and recommend improvements for organizational processes.
- Ensure all work performed aligns with contract requirements, Army IT policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct formal and informal reviews at pre-determined project milestones.

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in quality assurance for IT and telecommunications programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field desired.
- Must be Security+ certified (or hold an equivalent certification in compliance with IAT Level II).
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and ITIL Foundations certifications desired.
- Experience conducting audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Proficient in developing QA metrics, tracking performance, and implementing process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead daily operations across inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure consistent achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) for same-day and next-day order fulfillment.
- Monitor real-time performance and adjust labor and workflows to meet changing demands.
