Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes for all IT and telecommunications deliverables.
• Perform periodic inspections and assessments of contractor and government compliance with IT policies and procedures.

• Supervise and lead concrete crews of 5–15+ workers.
• Manage daily activities including forming, pouring, finishing, and tilt-wall panel work.
