Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drives a roll-off truck along designated routes to mechanically collect, exchange, or deliver containers and take to the post-collection facilities.
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections; complete and submit a vehicle condition report at the end of the shift.
- Courteously interacts with customers and/or the general public along the route to answer questions or respond to requests; Notify supervisor of issues requiring management action.
- Clean loose trash off truck and/or ground around truck and container that spills during dumping process to maintain clean customer site and safety along roads and highways.
- Maintains and submits a DOT logbook, daily route/productivity sheet, and vehicle condition report (post-trip inspection sheet) as required by law or company policy.
- Maneuver truck into and out of minimum clearance spaces, using mirrors to back up.
- Uses a key map and GPS to locate service addresses.
- Follows safe operating practices, including lock out/ tag out procedures to ensure proper operation of the truck.
- Monitors operations to detect loose debris, using mirrors or direct sight and/or listening for debris falling onto truck during dumping operation; visually scans customer site before and after dumping.
- Adherence to all DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and EPA regulations and standards.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired, but not required.
- Possess valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum one (1) years of commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
- Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment.
- Experience operating a standard transmission on a commercial truck (depending on location).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of the truck and its components, and the basic maintenance required for safe operation.
- Ability to control operations of equipment; maneuvering truck into and out of minimum clearance spaces, using mirrors to back distances of approximately 120 feet or more.
- Ability to recognize unacceptable waste (such as gasoline or other flammable materials).
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend associated documents and maps.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Physical/Mental Demands:

Experienced demolition equipment operators who have performed demolition of steel and concrete structures using processors, shears, and multi-processors are a plus.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
•Practice under the proximal supervision of a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner
•Assess patient cardiopulmonary status through clinical observation, patient assessment, and physiological monitoring
•Administer bronchial hygiene and therapeutic interventions guided by evidence-based protocols
•Recommend and implement appropriate interventions to include but not limited to initiation, alteration and discontinuation of therapy based on patient assessment
•Assess patients before, during and after the administration or application of any medication, procedure or device
•Provide invasive and non-invasive ventilator management based on patient clinical assessment, diagnostic results, ventilation values and waveform analysis
•Perform airway management through assessment, assistance with placement, securement, maintenance, and removal of an artificial airway
•Provide special procedures to include but not limited to external transport, high-risk delivery attendance, surfactant administration, Organ Donor Care Center (ODCC) services, esophageal manometry, Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT), manual prone positioning, continuous medication nebulization, bedside bronchoscopy, bronchoscopic cryotherapy, bedside tracheostomy, high frequency jet ventilation, lung ultrasound, ultrasound arterial blood gas (ABG) acquisition, specialty gas administration, nitric oxide challenges, and during Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) support
•Conduct internal patient transports requiring respiratory support
•Acquire and process blood gas samples
•Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
•Participate as a member of the Rapid Response Team
•Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care team
•Document work timely, completely, and accurately, including documentation in the patient medical record, department records, and patient charges
•Provide and document patient/family education
•Precept students, new employees and provide observational learning opportunities through shadowing
•Contribute to quality improvement efforts through frontline feedback and participation in committee initiatives in conjunction with department leadership
•Participate in clinical research

Job Summary:
Responsible for administering and managing all forms of respiratory care in accordance with physician orders and current clinical standards. The Respiratory Therapist will function as a workgroup leader and unit coordinator administering and recommending care per protocol for the assigned unit.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Acts as Care Coordinator for Assigned unit. Develops, administers, evaluates and modifies Respiratory Patient Care Plans in the acute care setting, using evidence-based medicine, protocols and clinical practice guidelines by communicating, collaborating and coordinating with physicians, nurses and other clinicians. Demonstrates competency in invasive and non-invasive critical procedures and equipment. Serves as a respiratory consultant to all hospital service lines. Attends daily patient rounds. Demonstrates knowledge of respiratory medications and pharmacologic interactions. Cites AARC guidelines and remains current in the field of Respiratory Care. Demonstrates knowledge of clinical chemistries to include ABGs and electrolytes and assists others in the application of results. Is a member of the Rapid Response and Resuscitation Teams and skillfully establishes and maintains artificial airways in emergencies. Competent in use and quality control for all point of care analyzers. Participates and facilitates quality improvement projects. Facilitates patient discharge to home and provides patient and family education. Provides clinical assistance in the orientation of new employees and students on clinical rotation. Provides education to all clinical team members to include physicians and nurses at the bedside and informal classroom setting. Maintains Basic and Advanced certifications as appropriate to assigned areas such as BLS, ACLS, FCCS, PALS, and NRP. Participates in clinical trials and research activities. Demonstrates the ability to resolve difficult situations with finesse and skill. Has the ability to prioritize and triage delivery of care during times of high acuity. Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills and assures all documentation is accurate, legible and in accordance with hospital policy. Skilled in-Patient Family-Centered Care. Uses hospital information systems skillfully and complies with security policies. Follows proper handoff procedure for all transferred patients to assure coordination of care. Processes all associated clinical equipment and devices to industry standards and performs routine and basic maintenance with associated documentation. Participates in patient transports both in and outside the hospital. Conforms and champions infection prevention measures.
