Role Summary
We are seeking an IT Web Developer to help support and enhance our custom web applications. This role is ideal for a developer who has a solid foundation in modern web development and is looking to grow their skills while working on real-world business systems.
The developer will work with tools such as React & JavaScript for frontend development. PHP backend using an MVC framework, and a MySQL database, all hosted in a Linux-based VPS environment. This role will collaborate closely with experienced IT team members, business stakeholders, and third-party developers contributing to new features, improvements, and ongoing application support. This will be a hybrid role located at our headquarters in Medina, OH.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Support
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing custom web applications
- Implement new features, UI improvements, and administrative tools under guidance from senior IT staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across frontend, backend, and database layers
- Learn and follow established coding standards and best practices
Backend & Database Contributions
- Write and maintain database queries and assist with schema updates
- Support backend development, including APIs and admin functionality
- Help ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability
Required Skills & Experience
Experience and Education
- 1–3 years of experience supporting or building web applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or IT is preferred
- Equivalent experience accepted (Associate’s degree, bootcamp, or self-taught) with demonstrable project work and ability to work in an existing codebase
Technical Foundation
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and React (components, hooks, API integration)
- Experience with PHP in a web application context
- Intermediate experience with relational database management systems, such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
General Competencies
- Ability to debug issues across frontend, backend, and database layer
- Willingness to learn existing systems and improve them incrementally
- Comfort working with established codebases
- Ability to cooperate effectively across teams while demonstrating strong self-accountability and leadership

- Works with Senior Analysts and Senior Technicians to manage staff and instrumentation resources to maximize sample throughput and ensures production targets are met

- Ensures staffing levels are appropriate for sample volumes and that staff are properly trained to perform their assigned duties
- Works with the Laboratory Manager to oversee hiring and training competent laboratory personnel
- Assists with the training of new analysts to become productive members of the team
- Ensures the lab’s operating supplies inventory is appropriate for current workloads
- Appropriately follows safety requirements for the work that is done and ensure that your team members are also following these requirements
- Immediately addresses safety problems as they arise in the lab (i.e. hood use, safety glasses, methylene chloride handling) to minimize exposure and maximize safe practices
- Actively promotes a strong culture of safe laboratory practices and the maintenance of a safe working environment
- Keeps supervisory and management teams informed of any potential problems
- Provides information to supervisory and managerial staff as appropriate on instrumentation, production, and staff issues

- Bachelor's Degree in a Chemistry discipline and 4+ years of years’ relevant experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories or equivalent education and experience (Required)
- ICP/ICPMS experience (Required)
- 3+ years of mass spectrometry (Strongly preferred)
- 1+ years of supervisory experience (Strongly preferred)
- Advanced English language skills (Required)
- Knowledge of environmental testing protocols, regulations, and certifications related to the department (Required)

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 – $75,000 annually. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Seeking an Interventional Cardiologist with peripheral skills.
- No structural work- Join an established, busy, single specialty practice that current consists of 4 interventionalists and 1 electrophysiologist, and 2 non-invasive.-Practice is located across the street from the hospital-The office has an abundance of exam rooms, well-trained medical assistants, five ARNPs- Full ancillary services including an office based cath lab (converting to an ASC in 2025-26 )nuclear medicine including SPECT and cardiac PET, cardiac CT, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, pacer checks, remote and holter monitoring etc-Registered techs (RVT and RDMS) and have a very busy venous program including laser and radiofrequency ablations and sclerotherepy, etc.-The peripheral cases include many complex peripheral interventional cases.
Including laser atherectomy, rotoblator, angio jet, etc.
-The peripheral vascular is well established with a diverse referral base- The more experienced operators work alongside and help new peripheral interventionalists gain the experience and exposure to the complex cases at the office based lab.
-The hospital has 6 labs, 4 cardiac and Peripheral, one or two full time EP labs and a hybrid room that can do routine coronary and PV, EP WACHMAN, lead extraction, latest ablations and has a structural program including TAVR-Call rotation for STEMI is most often for established group patients mostly and once per month or so it may coincide with the hospital STEMI call-The group is on call rotation (1:4 or 5)-We have about 25-45 patients in the hospital every day to consult or round and this number will grow.
We have ARNPs to assist.
- The group admits 99% of the patients through the hospitalists or PCPs and our cardiologists only are consulting.
After you leave for the eve, usually phone calls only except interventionalist respond to STEMI or cold legs.- There will be some general cardiology for everyone in the group, but the interventionalists will be an busy with PV and coronary cases.
