The Production Packaging Supervisor - 3rd Shift leads and coordinates the activities of their shift to realize production targets. This includes assisting with all material supply in line with Production/Packaging plan to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations and supporting any other operational areas needs. Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a 3rd shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician based in Belmont, Wisconsin. This position will require the ability to work in a team atmosphere as well as individually to repair, install, adjust, or maintain production and packaging equipment. This will also include equipment that is servo-mechanical as well as electro-mechanically operated. All work needs to be done in a clean sanitary manor as required in a food manufacturing plant. Candidates must be available to work weekends.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Repair or maintain the operating condition of the equipment used in production and packaging of a dairy product
* Align, fit, or assemble component parts and hardware, using hand or power tools
* Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices
* Preform preventive maintenance functions such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, or replacing parts as needed per scheduled maintenance
* Operate newly repaired equipment to verify adequacy or repairs
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequence of assembly
* Test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as electronic voltmeters
* Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment used in various areas of operation
* Ability to effectively communicate with operators, fellow maintenance staff, and supervision to perform required tasks
* Record parts or materials used and ordered or requisition new parts or materials as necessary using Inventory management software

JOB SUMMARY:
Perform the daily activities as described below. Basic Purpose: Perform various routine laboratory functions in a precise and accurate fashion to assist the laboratory professional staff and to facilitate production.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Sorting, and receiving specimens in the department.
Performs routine instrument maintenance on some equipment.
Performs laboratory tasks of centrifuging specimens, printing extra labels, recording data (temperature charts) specimen storage and retrieval.
Preparing reagents and or media in the department.
Preparing specimens at workstations for testing. (Including building worklists, aliquoting specimens into sample cups, checking specimens for clots and fibrin, inoculation, slide preparation)
Performs QA/QC duties as assigned.
Resolves pending lists.
Finds missing samples.
Decontaminates work areas.
Performs weekly radioactive wipe tests.
Maintains files for department records.
Changes gas cylinders.
Follows all PPE requirements and all safety regulations.
Uses the laboratory computer system as well as operates PCs.
Disposes of biohazardous material.
Completes training and competency checklists as appropriate.

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical experience to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.
Position will start and train on 1st shift and will move to 3rd shift schedule after training is complete.
1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
3rd Shift Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Plus overtime as needed, including some weekends.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician III supports production operations by performing preventative electrical/mechanical maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs production equipment, and performs repairs and maintenance of facility. Completes preventive maintenance and general maintenance in proper working order while abiding by all specified rules and regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performing troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. Assist with the service and repairing of more complex equipment.
- Ability to repair all electrical wiring, electronic and electrical equipment (24 to 480 Volts)
- Complying with applicable regulations according to OSHA and the department’s Safety program.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC programs.
- Provide scheduled and emergency repairs to production equipment during production shift.
- Install and maintain production/facility equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school preferred.
- At least 3 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
- Able to read electrical schematics, and mechanical Drawings
- Able to perform electrical troubleshooting and have a knowledge of electrical controls.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulics, electrical panels and electric motors.
- Must have basic knowledge of lock out / tag out and PPE.
- Experience in operating, troubleshooting and repairing various types of production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Licensed electrician, preferred.

What You Will Do:
Our Pratt & Whitney Middletown, CT facility has several exciting opportunities for a Production Machinist available on 3rd shift.
3rd shift hours are Monday through Friday from approximately 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
In this role, you will setup and operate one machine tool or process equipment type and operate more than one unrelated machine tool or process equipment types within an assigned area to produce precision turbine engine parts. You will perform work where methods, procedures and processes are well developed and the required tooling, gaging and fixturing are provided.
Under the direction of leader/supervisor, work from verbal and written instructions, operation sheets, drawings and other pertinent information. Following established methods and procedures, use manual or numerically controlled machine tools such as milling, boring, grinding, turning, broaching and shaping machines to achieve the required dimensional specifications. Recognize indications of dull or damaged cutting tools and replace as needed.
Perform bench, assembly and surface finishing operations such as deburring, blending, trimming and fitting, using a variety of hand and power tools. Follow prescribed methods and procedures to perform drilling, riveting and bonding operations to assemble various details in producing a finished part. Operate part-marking equipment.
Use a variety of media, dry or liquid, to perform cleaning or part preparation and finishing operations. Operate tumbling, grit blast, shot peen, buffing and polishing equipment, wash machines and dip tanks for part surface conditioning. Apply masking as required. Perform applications of anti-gall and polymite coatings utilizing dry bake ovens to cure.
Utilize a variety of fixed or variable measuring instruments to check dimensions and part features. Operate OpCert and other computer–based systems to retrieve and store information and records.
Perform routine servicing throughout assigned area following specified procedures and written instructions, such as operators’ checklist, for upkeep and to assure equipment operates properly.
May be required to train for, obtain and maintain licenses, operator permits and certifications within assigned area.

Manufacturing Engineering Technician - 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the calibration, testing, setup, and repair of various controls, instruments, and gauges used in the manufacturing process.
- Monitor equipment performance, making necessary adjustments to setups, calibrations, and alignments.
- Evaluate and diagnose root causes of equipment issues, taking immediate action to resolve problems.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and commonization across processes.
- Collaborate with facilities, operations, maintenance teams, and vendors to facilitate equipment installation and readiness.
- Perform troubleshooting tasks for PLC systems, welding processes, and robotics.
- Track production equipment data, identifying and reporting inconsistencies.
- Read and interpret electrical prints for effective problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Technical degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: machine controls, robotics, electrical circuitry, or automated welding systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Must be able to work four 10 hour days, Sun to Wed 9:30pmEST to 8:00AMEST or
Wed to Sat: 9:30pmEST to 8:00AMEST
Responsible for maintaining quality records, assisting with corrective action plans, and supporting quality system improvements. You will collect and organize data, prepare reports, and ensure inspection readiness while addressing routine quality inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative quality assurance protocols on the shop floor, ensuring seamless production flow and minimal defects.
Utilize data-driven insights to proactively identify potential quality issues and develop creative solutions to enhance product reliability.
Engage in hands-on inspection of products, applying a keen eye for detail to uphold stringent quality standards.
Performs batch records review and cleaning records review to ensure product availability.
Support work orders review and confirm area cleanliness after maintenance interventions.
Performs area walkthroughs to ensure audit readiness at all times.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and piloting novel QA methodologies tailored to dynamic manufacturing environments.
Document and communicate quality findings through clear, concise reports that facilitate swift decision-making and process optimization.
Maintain accurate and timely quality records related to product inspections, nonconformance, and project outcomes.
Assist in documenting, monitoring, and following up on corrective and preventive action plans to ensure their effective implementation and closure.
Respond to routine inquiries regarding technology transfer and improvements in manufacturing processes.
Collect, organize, and analyze data to prepare detailed reports for assigned quality processes.
Document and implement improvements to quality systems and standard operating procedures, including maintaining SOPs for interactions with contract manufacturers.
Gather and maintain documentation required for audits and inspections to ensure inspection readiness.
Support special quality projects and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, Science or a related field demonstrating foundational technical knowledge.
2 years of practical experience or internships in quality assurance, manufacturing, or related operational environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Basic understanding of investigations and automation processes.
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data effectively.
Good communication skills to respond to routine technical inquiries.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
