Job Summary

The Director of Provider Partnerships Strategy plays a critical leadership role within the Provider Partnerships organization. Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Provider Partnerships, the Vice President of Provider Partnerships Strategy, the Provider Partnerships leadership team and Line of Business stakeholders, the Director of Provider Partnerships Strategy leads provider network strategic initiatives and their tactical execution, ensuring alignment with the Lines of Business and the organization's overall financial, operational, and clinical goals. The Director manages a team of colleagues supporting analytics and network consultancy aligned to the strategic focus of the team she/he is managing, such as Government or Commercial Products. Working in a matrix environment to support and collaborate with colleagues from System Contracting, Ancillary Contracting, Actuarial, Sales and Provider Performance, he/she oversees the development and timely delivery of relevant and meaningful analyses and presentations in support of Point32Health's provider contracts and network performance.

In addition to the Lines of Business, this individual collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Medical Management, Government Relations, Marketing, IT, and other enterprise-level teams to assure business needs are effectively communicated, building consensus among vested parties that results in alignment and timely execution of the business deliverables.

Job Description

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - what you will be doing (top five):

  • Design and implement processes to support effective Provider Partnerships overall governance, including developing and executing multi-year department strategy, continuous alignment with the various lines of business, operational capacity planning/mapping, and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department
  • Support the coordination and execution of enterprise processes, including and not limited to the Monthly Operations Review (MOR), Run the Business (RTB), Affordability of Care and Total Cost of Care process improvement efforts, Finance reviews & reforecasting, Contract Executive Committee as well as the CMPO/CPC Annual Planning process and Board of Directors meetings
  • Proactively identify and oversee the development of analyses, models, and tools to offer an informed view of provider, network, and contract performance
  • In collaboration with System and Ancillary Contracting leadership, formulate and execute on strategies to improve unit cost, standardize reimbursement methodologies, and maintain competitive provider network
  • Provide direction and define approach and parameters for overall reimbursement strategy and payment methodologies, with the goal of standardization, optimization, and transparency. Oversee development of provider rates in line with negotiated terms
  • Oversee the submission of regulatory submissions and requests
  • Monitor, analyze and report on competitive position for all applicable Point32Health markets
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting on network access and adequacy, ensuring standards are maintained and gaps are appropriately addressed
  • Provide on-going leadership and program/project management support for foundational and strategic initiatives
  • Design communications for and support executive-level presentation by the SVP of Provider Partnerships
  • Develop and execute business plans, project charters and work breakdown structures, specifying goals, strategy, governance, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and communication plans as necessary
  • Recruit, train and develop talent; provide coaching feedback and direction to staff to support development and success

QUALIFICATIONS - what you need to perform the job

Certification and Licensure

  • N/A

Education

  • Required (minimum): Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, finance or a related field
  • Preferred: Master's degree or relevant experience
  • Certification or equivalent expertise in process improvement (any methodology; Lean Six Sigma preferred), change management (PROSCI), and project management (Waterfall and/or Agile)
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing organizational strategies and/or strategic initiatives

Experience

  • Required (minimum): 10-15 years of progressively responsible management experience in a complex healthcare setting
  • Preferred: Previous experience in managed care contracting or healthcare consulting
  • Previous people management experience
  • Previous responsibilities requiring interactions with senior leaders, especially in a cross-functional environment

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Manager of Mechanical and Electrical Operations, the Facilities Engineering Technician (HVAC) will assist with all appropriate support tasks related to facility operations, with emphasis on building HVAC and other mechanical systems, including mission critical data center environments. Will be a part of the planning and implementation of various construction, repair, and maintenance projects as well as daily tasks. This position requires a professional licensure in the HVAC services trade.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing (top five):

  • Functions as a Facilities HVAC Technician, performing necessary maintenance and repair to base-building mechanical systems at Point32health's corporate facility and remote office locations.
  • Responsible for the efficient and continuous operation of all Data Center HVAC and related control systems, as well as developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for all mechanical systems.
  • Oversees outsourced trades people in the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical systems.
  • Maintains all necessary records consistent with mandated record keeping requirements for all mechanical systems at all Point32health sites.
  • Operates PC based direct digital control (DDC) systems. Performs calibration and repairs to these systems as necessary.
  • Monitors Point32health's energy usage and recommends measures to reduce/optimize energy consumption. Assists in energy conservation projects.
  • Manages relationships with one or more outside vendors, ensuring the highest standards of performance, best pricing, adherence to contractual obligations, and accurate invoicing. Keeps all contracts, insurance, and vendor's access to company facilities accurate and up to date.
  • Troubleshoots maintenance problems, repairs, and maintains all HVAC and refrigeration systems, but also may also assist with lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems. Effects repairs that are within his/her scope of expertise and reports to Supervisor those requiring the services of an outside contractor.
  • Completes daily work order requests for the above duties, responding to priority requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Monitors the condition of assigned lease areas, performs on-going maintenance tasks, and reports outstanding issues to supervisor.
  • Closes-out assigned work requests promptly upon completion, including relevant information pertaining to work performed. Information to including but is not limited to: problems encountered, diagnosis, resolution, and additional work needed to complete task.
  • Performs essential services to the company, including associated maintenance duties, and safety related repairs
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications - what you need to perform the job

Certification and Licensure

  • Required: Massachusetts Refrigeration License and CFC Certification.

Education

  • Required (minimum): High School Diploma.
  • Preferred: Trade school graduate.

Experience

  • Required (minimum): 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Preferred: 5-7 years of HVAC experience, including field experience installing and servicing large scale commercial HVAC equipment.

Skill Requirements

  • Employee must be a highly motivated individual who can perform tasks and handle responsibilities with little or no direct supervision. This position requires an individual with good skills at prioritizing workloads, the ability to solve problems in the field, and experience working in critical .data center environments. Employees must have the ability to use diagnostic and repair tools consistent with the practice of HVAC installation and repair, and to safely work with high voltage machinery and circuitry found in commercial HVAC equipment. The ability to read floor plans and electrical/mechanical diagrams is essential. Moderate computer skills are also required for Microsoft Office applications and Facilities Management software.

Interpersonal skills (include personal interaction):

  • Employee must be able to coordinate his/her work within a project team and work with junior maintenance personnel in daily activities. The position also requires good customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with department personnel, internal and external Point32health customers, consultants, and vendors.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced office and outdoor environment handling multiple demands simultaneously and be able to exercise appropriate judgment as necessary. This position requires the use of written, verbal, and visual sources of information to complete daily tasks. Employee must be safety minded and have the following abilities: to climb ladders; to use hand and power tools; to bend, reach, and stretch; to lift materials weighing up to 70 pounds; to work outdoors under adverse weather conditions; to walk and stand for extended periods of time; to perform manual labor consistent with maintenance and equipment upkeep. Work involves installing heavy machinery, components, etc., Employee will work at a PC for short periods of time. Some equipment utilized for tasks may be noisy.

Overtime:

  • Overtime is often required to assist with critical project deadlines and to perform essential service functions. This time may be required early morning before normal work hours, in the evening after normal work hours, or on weekends, depending on the task particulars and weather conditions. This position may be a member of the Emergency Operations Team and will share responsibility for 24 x 7 responses to facilities related emergencies. Employee will be required to wear a company-supplied cell phone when he/she is on-call.
  • A valid driver's license is required as some outside travel will be required to visit suppliers, remote company offices, and vendor location

Riverside's Newton Outpatient Center is seeking a Clinician - All Ages! In this role the Clinician will provide clinical intervention to youth, adults, and families at the Newton Outpatient Center, in the community, and via Telehealth. They will also provide assessments, service planning, individual and family counseling, advocacy, and linkage services to program clients. May also provide group treatment and other clinical intervention services as needed in collaboration with funders. The Clinician is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:




  • Functions as the primary clinician for a designated caseload, providing mobile assessment, crisis stabilization, service planning, individual and family counseling, case management, support, advocacy and linkage services as needed.



  • Utilizes resources available through the program and in the community to support achievement of treatment goals and growth of youth, families, and adults being served.
  • Involves youth, family, and relevant involved parties in assessment and service planning, and is consistently helpful, timely and respectful in responding to consumer and family concerns.
  • With client permission, regularly communicates and collaborates with school personnel and other involved community providers around assessment and service provision for assigned youth
  • Attends scheduled supervision meetings, comes to the meetings prepared and utilizes feedback constructively to improve performance, as needed.

Independent Licensure of LICSW or LMHC preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience with children, youth, and individuals with substance use disorders.


Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Job Summary

Under the oversight of the Director, Behavioral Health, the Manager, Behavioral Health is responsible for leading at least one Behavioral Health functional team, managing team performance and results, and for managing the clinical processes that support the Behavioral Health department. Job Description

  • Manage daily operations including, but not limited to, the assignment and distribution of work among assigned Behavioral Health Utilization Management team(s). Ensure all workflow processes are completed within the required timeframes and telephone coverage requirements are met. Ensure adherence to all department and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as member of Behavioral Health leadership team. Provide back-up for peers, including supervisory coverage. Partner with peers to ensure effective cross-functional, end to end approach to meet the needs of members, providers, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and help drive efforts to integrate Behavioral Health into the broader Tufts Health landscape by providing a cohesive behavioral health presence and subject matter expertise to Public Plans and Enterprise activities including case management, medical management, and provider/network management.
  • Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, develop, implement and manage initiatives and projects to achieve Tufts Health Public Plans goals. Collaborate with internal departments in support of clinical activities and operations.
  • Manager of Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) team completes extensive network management activities in coordination with MassHealth and other MCOs/ACOs.
  • Develop and prepare reports to meet internal, regulatory, contractual and accreditation requirements. Work closely with other departments in the development of report specifications and obtain data for and/or complete reports as needed to meet contract and regulatory requirements and track ongoing data.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff. Supervise/coach staff to assist them in attaining optimal knowledge and job efficiency. Define metrics and goals for assigned team(s) and manage expectations. Utilize data to monitor and evaluate individual, team and program performance. Provide timely feedback to all staff regarding their performance via regular team and one-on-one meetings. Conduct formal performance appraisals. Take appropriate disciplinary action in a timely manner when needed. Ensure staff is provided with all necessary tools, resources and training to promote growth and performance within the department and/or organization.
  • Monitor utilization management and ensure servicing goals are met or exceeded by tracking department metrics. Apply data, utilize evidence-based treatment practices and identify opportunities for improvement of quality of care and medical expense savings to design, implement and enhance utilization management and clinical care coordination processes. Track and monitor the impact of utilization management and care coordination on quality and medical expense measures.
  • Complete monthly clinician case review audits and review semi-annual IRR results to monitor UM decision making and adherence to policies and procedures. Identify trends, develop and implement action plans for improvement progress
  • Provide monthly Care Management report on team(s) performance, metrics, and goal achievement to the Director of Behavioral Health.
  • Review and develop department policies, procedures, workflows and job aids as needed, consistent with departmental and company strategic objectives and mission. Develop, maintain, update orientation materials in collaboration with clinical trainer.
  • Work collaboratively on and manage components of quality improvement initiatives and medical expense reduction activities and ensure alignment with broader company strategy. This includes activities that support NCQA accreditation and identify and promote best practices within clinical programs.
  • Provide information and support to internal stakeholders. Work collaboratively with other managed care entities, MassHealth, the Executive Office of Health & Human Services, as well as provider and other stakeholder groups.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Biweekly payroll processing -

  • Support the Payroll Specialist to ensure all steps to successfully transmit and settle the bi-weekly payroll are completed and accurate.

  • Certify the post payroll reports and reconciliations between Workday and ADP is complete and any variances are researched and detailed.

Process all changes in payroll system -

  • Review Manager Self Service events for completeness, accuracy and verify approvals. Perform final approval of transactions and follow-up processes required to maintain accurate employee master file data.

  • Review and approve all colleagues pay data changes in Workday for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness in accordance with payroll processing deadlines.

  • Maintain benefit deduction information for Liberty Mutual, Tuition Reimbursement, Bring Your Own Device, etc.

Online Time & Absence Maintenance -

  • Review online time & absence for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with company pay policies and follow up with the departments as needed.

  • Support colleagues and managers with timecard and absence corrections as needed.

Enter or review On Demand payments for involuntary terminations, missed wages and as requested.

Aid and support colleagues, managers and HR by monitoring the Payroll Inbox, Teams, and Colleague Resource Center (tickets).

Work with the Benefits team to ensure any leave issues are handled prior to payroll processing.

Work with the Finance team to ensure all month end Payroll responsibilities are completed prior to closing deadline.

The Vice President of Medical Management, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Health Care Services is responsible for leading and transforming the medical management of in-patient, ambulatory and post-acute settings. Interactions will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals and adults, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth.
