Respite Clinician
The Respite Clinician is primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments inclusive of the use of standardized assessment tools for suicide risk, brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management/safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination. The Respite Clinician develops and facilitates groups for site-based clients and may provide community-based support for Mobile Respite clients within community settings.
In this exciting role, the Clinician will:

Position Summary:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Director is responsible for all chapter operations including financial management, staff management and volunteer leadership, ensuring that strategies align with the Foundation's overall mission. Ensures a focus on individual giving, including major giving, annual fund, and bequests to diversify and strengthen the chapter's funding sources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement multi-year strategic plan for the chapter including fundraising and financial management, donor and volunteer and relationships, community engagement, operations, and staffing.

Triage Clinician - Norwood MCI - 2nd shift
We have a great opportunity to join our mobile crisis intervention team in Norwood. You will be able to work in a supportive small team atmosphere while also working as part of a larger organization that is a leader within the mental health care industry.
The Triage Clinician works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team devoted to crisis intervention and stabilization. The Triage Clinician assists MCI clinicians by triaging cases to determine the most appropriate location for an intervention to occur, with priority for community-based, non-hospital locations. The masterβs level Triage Clinician is an integral part of Community Behavioral Health Centerβs Mobile Crisis Intervention program and collaborates with other MCI clinicians to provide crisis intervention services 7 days per week, 24 hours per day either on-site or mobile to any individual experiencing a mental health and/or substance abuse problem.
Orientation to Mobile Crisis Intervention is provided, with particular attention to diagnosis, safety assessment and awareness of resources dependent on level of care.
Clinical supervision is provided including licensure track hours for eligible employee. Riverside also offers an outstanding staff training program offering CEUs
The triage clinician will also be responsible for:
- Serves as the primary responder to all incoming calls to MCI, and using clinical and administrative judgment appropriately triages the call
- Arranges for assessments to occur on site or in the community and organizes for transportation as needed
- Secures placements in detox units, inpatient units and diversionary levels of care and coordinates the transfer of those served to these facilities
- Assessing mental health and substance use presentations in order to more appropriately triage cases with a great deal of independence.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing office environment while collaborating and liaising with a variety of stakeholders and providers
- Assists in providing telephonic support to individuals in crisis while also assessing the need for a clinical intervention.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
- Sunday through Thursday: 3pm to 11pm OR 4pm to 12am
Pay Rate:
- Unlicensed Clinician - $35.69/hr
- Independent Licensure - $38.25/hr
- Stacking differentials available too! Additional hourly rate of $1 for 2nd shift - evenings, $2 for 3rd shift - overnights, and $1 for weekend shifts.

Job Summary
The Director of Contracting is responsible for contract strategy, development, negotiation, and implementation for hospitals, physician groups, and integrated delivery systems across multiple markets and products. The Director will lead a team who negotiates contracts including risk arrangements to enable high performing provider networks that support goals for membership growth, quality, and financial performance. The Director will foster and maintain strong relationships with strategic providers to support achievement of shared plan and provider objectives.The Director is member of the leadership team and will be actively engaged in division strategy, planning and performance initiatives. This role will manage a team of contract managers and will work in a matrix environment collaborating with functions including risk adjustment, population health, finance, operations, actuarial, and sales.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing (top five):
Provider Network Strategy and Development
- Develop provider networks to meet goals for access, membership, quality, medical cost, and earnings. Build and maintain high performing provider networks utilizing risk-based structures and incentives whenever possible. Identify and recommend changes to networks as needed to advance business goals.
- Collaborate with VP and President to develop network strategies, risk sharing and payment models, and performance incentives to support achievement of cost and quality goals.
- Stay abreast of trends and changes in the industry, provider landscape, and federal and state payment policies and methodologies. Utilize this knowledge to refine and advance network development and performance.
Contract Negotiation and Management
- Direct a team of contract managers to negotiate financial, operational, regulatory, and legal contract parameters with physician groups, ACOs, and hospitals to meet business goals and regulatory timelines.
- Coach, support, and train staff to devise proposals, strategies, and options for contract negotiation. Support contract negotiation as needed.
- Devise strategy, lead and negotiate agreements with largest provider systems.
- Develop and maintain optimal provider networks. Assess, monitor, and manage network adequacy to meet federal and state regulations. Proactively identify and close network gaps.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Allied Health Contracting to ensure allied health and BH/SA networks and payment terms support Medicare division needs and goals. Assess and monitor allied payment rates and recommend changes to methodology and rates to align incentives and manage expense trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Enterprise Network Operations to ensure timely and accurate contract implementation, configuration, and accurate ongoing contract administration.
Strategic Relationship Management
- Develop and implement a proactive relationship management approach that supports long-term, mutually successful relationships with strategic providers.
- Engage with the provider performance team to understand and monitor provider and network performance. Advise on performance improvement plans and identify contract strategies and incentives that support performance improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, professional relations, and other functions to identify and resolve provider issues.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Proactively communicate and engage with function leaders and key stakeholders. Participate in/chair leadership meetings concerning provider strategy, network development and other issues.
Talent Management and Team Building
- Provide ongoing staff development and coaching in negotiation, performance analysis, and relationship management to enable a high-performing team of provider professionals.

Certification and Licensure
Education
- Required (minimum): bachelor's degree in business, health care or related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree
Experience
- Required (minimum): 10-15 years of progressively responsible management experience in a complex healthcare setting. Experience in managed care contracting and experience working collaboratively with providers.
- Preferred: 10-15 years of Medicare Advantage experience.
Skill Requirements
- Energetic, goal driven leader with a proven ability to deliver results and lead teams to achieve goals.
- Strong working knowledge of managed care/risk contracting payment methodologies.

Riverside is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing Behavioral Health Community Partners (BH CP) team for a hybrid position based out of our Needham area office. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - what you will be doing:
- Contract Review, Modification, Negotiation
- Work with business owners and the legal department to create and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Drive meaningful cost savings and extract maximum value from Point32Health vendor base via negotiations on price, service levels, efficiency, payment terms, etc., while working in conjunction with the Legal Department, business owner, and other impacted departments (i.e. Security, Privacy, Compliance, etc.)
- Perform project management of contractual process from vendor selection through contract execution.
- Coordinate business, procurement and legal objectives for the business requirement, costs, quality, risk, etc.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, appropriate milestone, and related schedules.
- Competitive Bidding, Negotiations and Cost Reduction Initiatives
- Follow all policies and procedures regarding the sourcing, selecting, and managing vendors. Responsibilities include:
- Develop Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents in coordination with the appropriate project leader.
- Manage the RFI/RFP process, acting as the main point of contact with vendors and business owners.
- Synthesize RFI/RFP responses into meaningful, actionable summaries.
- Build and utilize scorecards for the basis of vendor award.
- Collaborate with Business Owners to recommend the best vendor to meet business needs.
- Identify and include certified diverse suppliers in all competitive bidding events, in support of Point32Health's economic inclusion goals.
- Follow all policies and procedures regarding the sourcing, selecting, and managing vendors. Responsibilities include:
- Vendor Relationships & Performance Measurements
- Measure and track vendor performance to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained with key vendors. This will be accomplished by working with vendors and business owners to establish and monitor mutually agreeable service level agreements/key performance indicators (SLAs/KPIs) and terms and conditions of the business relationship.
- Provide feedback on performance, seek continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work with vendors and key stakeholders to manage vendor performance and develop new capabilities.
- When performance issues emerge, identify root causes and work with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient resolution.
- Identify and capture profit improvement opportunities beyond sourcing, such as demand management, process improvements, insource vs. outsource innovation, etc.
- Regularly monitor the market for category leading practices and demand/supply shifts such as vendor consolidation, technology innovations, etc.
- Implement strategies to best manage the vendor base for categories in scope, reviewing vendors against contracted obligations/service levels and business expectations.
- Project Management
- Provides project management experience in situations where vendor participation is a key component to successful project implementation and that skill set is not inherent in the functional area.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS - what you need to perform the job:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
- BS/BA degree in relevant area such as Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance preferred.
EXPERIENCE (minimum years required):
- 5-8 years of relevant procurement, strategic sourcing and vendor management experience demonstrating success in positions of increasing complexity. A consistent track record of delivering business impact in a complex, corporate environment.

Floating Integrated Team Counselor - Mobile - Part Time
ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community.
Working as part of the ACCS team under the guidance of the Program Director, staff will provide services and interventions identified in the Treatment Plan, including education, supervision, and direct supports to allow individuals served to maintain their physical and emotional health, live safely in the community, and develop the skills necessary to meet their goals. Interactions will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals and adults, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth. Services will be provided in keeping with the CLS Division Mission Statement, program policies and guidelines and consistent with Riverside and Department of Mental Health standards and requirements. Staff may be called during non-scheduled times to ask if they are interested in providing additional hours to a home.
The Floating ITC will be connected to the mobile team office and supervised by the Clinical Director. They will demonstrate a knowledge and expertise in the various systems across the GLE programs and mobile team in order to seamlessly work out of any ACCS program, based on the needs of the programs at any given time. They will demonstrate flexibility in coverage day to day, and week to week, and utilize best practices in order to provide the best quality care to the people we serve in all ACCS programs. This position is a Friday through Sunday position only and hours will vary based on the needs of the program.
Schedule: Part Time, 20 hours
- Friday - 1pm to 5pm
- Saturday - 1pm to 9pm
- Sunday - 1pm to 9pm

Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading and managing product team(s) to develop multiyear product strategies, roadmaps, and competitive offerings to meet profitability and membership goals.Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing (top five):
- Develops and manages the 2-4-year product strategy for a set of product lines and/or geographic regions. Lead product- specific, cross-functional teams responsible for assessing/implementing new/revised or enhanced product designs and programs.
- Meet with internal and external stakeholders/customers including market teams, brokers, accounts, vendors, and government agencies to incorporate voice of the customer in product roadmap.
- Develop new products and features, product enhancements, line extensions, portfolio revisions, and product discontinuation as needed to achieve market position, membership goals, and profitability targets.
- Synthesize product line financial modeling and analysis into actionable tactics. Assess market and competitive positioning in support of expansion strategies.
- Monitor and report on-going performance of product portfolio(s) including profitability, customer satisfaction, membership growth/retention, and operational performance. Develop course correction proposals, as needed, based on metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams in the development of product collateral, marketing, and communications initiatives and in conducting internal and/or external trainings. Map and manage the customer experience.
- Manage vendor relationships as part of the product line.

Education
- Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Preferred: Master's degree
Experience
- Required: 5-7 years of related work experience
- Preferred: 5-7 years of product management, strategic planning, project management, marketing, or healthcare sales experience.
- Direct experience with Stop Loss and/or Level Monthly Funding highly desired.

Riverside is seeking a passionate Care Coordinator to join our Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) team!
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals.
As a Care Coordinator, the employee will provide person-centered and recovery-oriented care management and coordination to eligible MassHealth consumers served in the community. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing outreach to and engaging eligible consumers in services, by assisting consumers to identify their individualized care goals, identify appropriate community-based resources, communicate with the multi-disciplinary team, and completing ongoing need assessments, among other duties as identified.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience with community outreach and providing coordination for consumers with medical and behavioral health needs. The Care Coordinator will also help people served to utilize available community-based resources and maintain a healthy quality of life.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
Hourly Rate: $22.95/hour
This is a hybrid position with the option of working a 4- or 5-day work week, some remote and in person work required. Periodic travel is also required, within approximately 30 miles of identified office.

Seeking a Relief Peer Specialist for our Respite Program
Peer Specialists help to make Respite welcoming, comfortable, supportive, and responsive to individuals who utilize them and their families.
Using their personal experience and knowledge of navigating the greater system of care, Peer Specialists provide consumers with support, information, and assistance in connecting with and obtaining community-based resources and services.
In this vital role, the Peer Specialist will:
convey hope and provide psychoeducation, including information about recovery, rehabilitation, and crisis self-management
assist in arranging the services to which the individual is being referred after the MCI intervention, and they shall work with the person and family to support them during the transition to those follow-up services
provide similar services in the MCI service and Adult CCS as staffing and time permit
All Peer Specialist staff will receive training in recovery-focused peer support for Substance Use Disorders (SUD), who shall assist in interventions with individuals/families presenting in crisis due to substance use disorders. They will support explanation of the process to access services, availability of self-help resources, and provide follow-up for those who may or may not be ready to accept help at the time of initial contact.
Pay Rate: $22.27/hourly
