What You’ll Do:

• Robot Programming
• Develop and manage robot I/O structures and interfaces
• Design and implement robotic software safety systems in compliance with applicable standards
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain resistance and MIG welding equipment
• Plan welding parameters and ensure compliance with weld quality specifications
• Collaborate with simulation and controls teams during system commissioning and startup activities
• Develop and support simulation models cell layouts
• Optimize paths and cycle times
• Troubleshoot robot-related and welding process issues
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical system issues
• Perform weld quality and dimensional verification to ensure conformance to specifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience programming Fanuc, Yaskawa, or KUKA robots in an integration environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement welding schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including fabrication practices and tooling adjustments
• Advanced robot troubleshooting skills involving both electrical components and program-related issues
• Experience with offline programming is a plus

Customer Support

Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

HR Partnership & Operations

• Serve as the primary HR partner
• Partner closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs and growth plans

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for plant and operational roles
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy
• Ensure a strong candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on workplace matters
• Support investigations, performance management, and employee development conversations
• Help foster a positive, compliant, and performance-driven culture

HR Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Manage HR processes including I-9s, employee records, and policy adherence
• Support ongoing transition from PEO (TriNet) to a more scalable internal HR infrastructure

Payroll, Systems & Reporting

• Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy of employee data
• Maintain and optimize HR systems and reporting
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve HR workflows and data integrity

Team & Process Development

• Oversee and support a local team member handling HR data entry and administrative tasks
• Contribute to building out future HR infrastructure as the company scales
• Help establish processes that will support projected headcount growth in 2026 and beyond

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments strongly preferred
• Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition for operational roles
• Familiarity with PEO environments (TriNet experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of payroll processes, HR compliance, and employment laws
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
