Business Development

- Develop store communication content and ensure best practices and information are consistently shared.

- Must exhibit excellent team leadership, customer service, communication, interpersonal and computer skills. Bachelorβs degree or equivalent required.

Position Overview
The Assistant Warehouse Manager plays a key role in maintaining organized warehouse operations, managing inventory, and supporting project logistics. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory tracking, stock organization, and equipment management
β’ Allocate newly received equipment to the appropriate projects and ensure accurate labeling
β’ Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition
β’ Assist with ordering equipment and maintaining inventory levels
β’ Prepare skids and materials for pickups and deliveries
β’ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
β’ Coordinate with project managers and installation teams as needed to support job timelines
β’ Perform general warehouse support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
β’ Operate a forklift
Qualifications
β’ Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred
β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
β’ Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
β’ Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is a plus
β’ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
β’ Valid driverβs license
