Compensation: $40+ hourly
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee residential remodeling projects through all phases of construction
Lead and support field crews
Coordinate and communicate with trade partners to maintain schedules and project standards
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion
Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
Train, mentor, and develop carpenters and field staff
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on residential construction experience
Proven leadership ability in a field environment (foreman, lead carpenter, or similar role preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Summary
Leads all maintenance operations within a complex manufacturing facility to ensure equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and uninterrupted production. Responsible for maintenance strategy, preventive maintenance, staff leadership, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance and repair of all production equipment to support production schedules
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Oversee facility and plant maintenance, including building systems, utilities, and grounds
- Provide technical leadership for equipment installation, modification, and relocation
- Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, environmental, and ISO/IATF standards
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendors, contractors, and maintenance costs
- Lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel, including skilled trades and apprentices
- Track and report maintenance KPIs, downtime, and department performance
Requirements & Core Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 6–8 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
- Experience managing preventive maintenance, TPM initiatives, and equipment reliability programs
- Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, utilities, and security
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and maintenance performance metrics
- Proven project management experience supporting equipment and facility improvements
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and external service providers
- Demonstrated leadership, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
RESPONSIBLITIES:
*Keep area clean.
*Maintain finished goods inventory.
*Receive in daily deliveries, and scan orders.
*Pre-stage shipments, load & unload trucks in required window time.
*Operate Hi-Lo
*Repacking of parts.
*Create required shipping documentation.
*Ensure parts are shipped in correct containers.
*Ship and pull using FIFO.
*Keep area with empty containers such as racks, totes, baskets outside building organized (back pad).

Position SummaryThis role is responsible for operating cash register and electronic scanner to itemize and total customers' purchases, receive payment, and assist in bagging purchases for customers while displaying courteous customer service.
Here's what you'll do:- Operate cash register and electronic scanner to itemize customer purchases; handles a variety of products which may include dry groceries, frozen foods, dairy products, produce, poultry, fish, beef and pork products.
- Process financial transactions including, but not limited to; cash, checks, credit cards, food stamps, WIC, loyalty cards, gift certificates, rain checks, voids, and coupons accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Weigh and carefully bag customer purchases.
- Understand use of check-stand equipment (register, scanner, scale, belts) and its efficient operation.
- Responsible for front-end duties such as merchandising check-stand (newspapers, periodicals, candy, etc.).
- Ensure proper use of product identification and corresponding PLU's; report errors in pricing or signage.
- Maintain understanding of current store programs and product locations.
- Communicate the Company programs (i.e., loyalty program, scans, etc.), in-store specials and coupons to customers, and models high standards of service to achieve a customer oriented store.
- Comply with Company policies regarding security, cash handling/cash drawer accounting procedures, product handling (i.e., damaged/spoiled products), the sale of alcohol and tobacco products, etc.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked department; ensure the department complies with Company safety and sanitation procedures and standards.
- May be responsible to assist with stocking items.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. At the direction and delegation of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager assists with supervision of store employees, management and presentation of merchandise, completion of paperwork, and preparation of deposits. The Assistant Store Manager also performs stocking and cashiering functions, and performs other duties as necessary to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets and reducing losses.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
* Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
* Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing adequate training for employees, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Follow company work processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, unpacking, stocking, restocking and rotating merchandise on shelves and building merchandise displays.
* Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
* Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms; ensure merchandise is presented according to established practices and Store Manager direction.
* Assist in ensuring financial integrity of the store through strict cashier accountability, key control, adherences to company security practices and cash control procedures; authorize and sign for refunds and overrides, count register tills, and deposit money in bank.
* Assist with management of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
* Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.
* Good organization skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

* Knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
* Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:
* High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
* One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
* Frequent walking and standing
* Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling to run check out station, stock merchandise and unload trucks; which may also require the ability to push and/or pull rolltainers for stocking merchandise
* Frequent handling of merchandise and equipment such as handheld scanners, pricing guns, box cutters, merchandise containers, two-wheel dollies, U-boats (six-wheel carts), and rolltainers
* Frequent and proper lifting of up to 40 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 55 pounds

* Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
