We are hiring an Account Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our existing customers.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensures communication, timelines, and expectations remain clear throughout the production process. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to translate customer needs into clear internal priorities and ensure we consistently deliver on our commitments.

This role requires ownership, organization, and strong communication. You will proactively manage customer relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure customers feel informed, supported, and confident in their partnership with Steuart Nutrition.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

Manage day-to-day communication with customers regarding orders, timelines, and updates

Proactively communicate changes, risks, and production timelines

Coordinate internally with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Logistics teams

Support customer onboarding, transitions, and ongoing operational needs

Track commitments, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure expectations are met

Assist with pricing discussions, renewals, and growth opportunities within accounts

Resolve issues quickly and professionally when challenges arise

Build long-term customer relationships through consistency, transparency, and follow-through

Represent Steuart Nutrition’s mission and culture with professionalism

Attend once a year trade show events

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Comfortable coordinating across internal teams and departments

Solutions-focused and calm under pressure

Professional confidence when communicating with customers

Experience in account management, customer success, customer service, or sales support roles is helpful but not required.

Manufacturing, supplement, food, or B2B experience is a plus but not required.

Salary range is benchmarked to Account Manager compensation in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati markets.

We are hiring a Quality Site Manager to lead and build the quality program for our Erlanger, Kentucky manufacturing facility.

This role will oversee site quality systems, laboratory operations, and cross-functional quality initiatives while working closely with Operations, Production, and Leadership teams. The Quality Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring our manufacturing processes consistently meet high standards for safety, compliance, and product integrity.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills and a systems mindset. You will help design and implement modern quality systems that improve accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement across the facility as we scale our operations.

Lead and manage the site-wide quality program including sanitation, allergen control, ingredient verification, seal integrity, and traceability

Develop and oversee digital quality workflows, metrics, and reporting systems

Establish and manage an internal testing lab, including equipment, systems, and team development

Monitor production quality performance and implement improvements when issues arise

Partner with Operations, Production, and Engineering teams to integrate quality into daily processes

Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and strong documentation practices

Implement root-cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues

Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that track quality performance

Coach cross-functional teams to strengthen ownership and accountability for quality outcomes

Title: Controls Engineer

Summary:

Develops new products for material handling applications including conveyors, sortation, automated storage, order fulfilment, and robotic systems. Includes development of specifications, device layout drawings, control schematics, PLCs. May work with support of more senior engineers. Works closely with the overall team to design systems meeting the product requirements. Uses creativity and innovation to design the standard product offering.

Responsibilities:

• Designs new control power distribution systems for industrial material handling systems; proposes modifications to existing equipment; customizes standard designs based on customer specifications and scope documents
• Reviews customer specifications and scope documentation for quotation and clarification
• Specify and develop a sequence of operations of automated equipment
• Prepares schematics and specifications for control panel fabrication
• Develop PLC programs

Our client, a leading aerospace composites manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Buyer to support the strategic sourcing and procurement of critical materials used in high performance aerospace manufacturing. This role plays an important part in ensuring the timely availability of composite raw materials while supporting production schedules, cost objectives, and strict aerospace quality standards. As a key member of the supply chain team, the Senior Buyer partners closely with engineering, quality, and operations to align sourcing strategies with technical requirements and program timelines.

In this role, you will lead sourcing and procurement activities for raw composite materials such as carbon fiber, resins, and prepregs used in aerospace manufacturing. This is a highly hands-on role supporting both production equipment and plant systems, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, responding quickly to issues on the floor, and helping keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, controls, and plant equipment

• Diagnose issues using wiring diagrams, drawings, meters, gauges, and other testing equipment

• Repair and replace motors, electrical circuits, motor control centers, and PLC-related components

• Install, service, calibrate, and test electrical and electronic equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and prevent equipment failures

• Work closely with operators, maintenance teammates, other trades, and outside vendors to identify and resolve issues

• Maintain repair logs, calibration records, and preventative maintenance documentation

• Respond to equipment or facility issues quickly, especially when safety risks are involved

• Follow OSHA, site safety procedures, and electrical code requirements during all maintenance activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Experience with automation, machine control panels, and PLC troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, electrical theory, and troubleshooting practices

• Ability to read and interpret circuits, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings

• Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) standards

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, specialty tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively

• Electrical apprenticeship, vocational training, or technical certificate in electricity is preferred

• Scissor lift experience is a plus, but not required

Office Administrator

The Office Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day management of commercial properties. This role serves as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal staff while supporting office operations, customer service needs, and accounts payable functions. This role is temp to hire and will pay between $20 and $22/hr.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to property managers and leadership
• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for leases, contracts, and property records
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents as needed
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities
• Assist with onboarding vendors and maintaining vendor documentation
• Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors
• Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate communication between tenants, property managers, and maintenance teams
• Support tenant move-ins, move-outs, and general office communications
• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify invoices against contracts and approvals
• Enter invoices into accounting or property management systems
• Assist with check runs and payment tracking
• Maintain organized records of payments and vendor accounts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in property management or real estate
• Basic understanding of accounts payable or bookkeeping processes
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
