Job Overview:

We’re hiring a Project Manager to support the Bloom Active Nutrition brand in our Austin office. This role is crucial in helping execute high-impact print marketing initiatives that bring our brand to life across retail shelves, launch kits, events, influencer mailers, and more.


You’ll report to the Director of Creative Operations and work closely with creative, marketing, and operations to manage timelines, deliverables, and execution across campaigns. This includes digital content, print collateral, packaging, retail displays, brand merch, events, field marketing, and more—ensuring seamless rollout across both digital and physical channels.


We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about the nutrition and supplement space and wants to play an active role in shaping where Bloom goes next.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic project development for Bloom Nutrition marketing initiatives, ensuring briefs are clear, actionable, and aligned to business goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations to define scope and shape integrated campaigns across digital, retail, experiential, and field channels
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Wrike, driving momentum and accountability from kickoff to launch
  • Oversee creative workflow operations, ensuring smooth handoffs between internal teams and external partners (vendors, printers, producers)
  • Review creative with a technical eye, applying knowledge of print production (packaging specs, dielines, file setup) and digital asset standards (formats, specs, and platform requirements)
  • Help refine briefs and campaign strategies to ensure alignment with brand goals and cross-functional priorities
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements that support growth and creative excellence
  • Support development and execution of brand assets, including materials tied to leadership initiatives and strategic partnerships


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within CPG or wellness industries
  • Experienced in developing repeatable workflows for print production, creative intake, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and manage shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with project management tools—Wrike experience is a big plus
  • Strong knowledge of print processes, file types, color proofs, and packaging production timelines

Job Overview:

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand strategy, coordinating high-impact launches, and keeping the trains running across internal and external teams.

Description of Responsibilities

The Nutrition Care Specialist III performs a variety of specialized duties to support the nutrition support department. Responsibilities include assisting Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Nutrition Care Specialist I & II in coordinating enteral nutrition (EN) and supporting patient care management. The role involves processing and managing enteral nutrition orders within the EMR system, coordinating the timely delivery of formulas and supplies, and maintaining accurate patient records. Nutrition Care Specialist III also troubleshoots supply and equipment issues, manages inventory, and supports compliance with clinical, operational, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Enteral order entry and refills:
  • Accurately enter orders into the EMR system, including processing the initial dispense, supply ticket, and faxing orders to home health.
  • Calls patients to coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of enteral formula, equipment, and supplies, prioritizing the PHD program.
  • Assist with maintaining the enteral census.
  • Prioritize utilizing the preferred enteral formulary of Nestle.
  • Process order changes and calculate formula amounts based on an ordered supply amount.
  • Provides patient education on home enteral nutrition including formula use, tolerance troubleshooting, and EN pump operation and programming.
  • Comply with the 90-day pump preventive maintenance protocol to meet ACHC standards.
  • Coordinate care with RD, MD and home health agencies.
  • Obtain updated weights, patient formula/supply inventory at home, patient compliance and any enteral feeding issues, and relay them to the Registered Dietitian as appropriate.
  • Support non-dietitian, patient-related issues within the Nutrition Care Specialist III scope.


2. Nutrition Support Duties

  • Participate in Medicare qualification processes for home EN and PN.
  • Assists Registered Dietitians (RDs) with Medicare Infusion Initial Assessments.
  • Reviews medication profiles and collaborates with pharmacists or RDs on medication reconciliations.
  • Support the RDs with staying compliant with reviewing and signing enteral work orders in a timely manner.
  • Provides troubleshooting for tolerance issues within scope of practice.


2. Perform data entry:

  • Perform data entry of patient medication profiles to maintain ACHC standards.
  • Discharge patients from EMR system at the end of therapy.


3. Enteral team liaison:

  • Act as liaison for the Enteral team with the Nutrition Support department.
  • Communicate with doctors, nurses, and hospitals regarding patient care
  • Able to communicate well with the pharmacy staff, nutrition support team and supervisor.
  1. Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
  2. Participate in the pharmacy’s Performance Improvement program as requested by the Performance Improvement Coordinator.
  3. Participate in pharmacy committees when requested.
  4. Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacy.
  5. Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities and certification requirements.

  5. Entry of orders into the computer system without verification by pharmacist.


Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Flexible and able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  2. Organizational skills are sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.
  3. Ability to evaluate options and to make efficient decisions.
  4. Current knowledge of all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations.
  5. Computer skills that include proficiency with spreadsheets and use of the internet, as well as word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
  6. Ability to use good judgment and work with minimal direction.
  7. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express technical issues in “layman” terms.

Position Qualifications:

  1. Must be within one year of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree from an accredited institution with a major in Foods and Nutrition.

Position description

The Department of Nutritional Sciences and Toxicology (NST) in the Rausser College of Natural Resources at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary lecturers to teach courses in Nutritional Science and related topics, should an opening arise during the academic year and in the summer. The Department of Nutritional Sciences and Toxicology focuses on the metabolic biology of nutrients and toxicants in relation to human health and disease. Our research and curriculum span a breadth of topics, from delivery of nutrients to mammalian cells and their molecular functions, through the influence of genetics on diet-associated human disease, to programs and policies that address human and environmental health and safety.



The department also offers a Master in Nutritional Sciences & Dietetics graduate program, which combines a strong foundation in the biological and chemical sciences with specialized advanced coursework that focuses on nutrient/non-nutrient function and metabolism. The application of this field informs recommendations for dietary patterns to achieve optimum health and the treatment or prevention of disease conditions as well as food production and safety.



The department typically seeks two different types of lecturer positions when available; one is to teach the courses for the Master in Nutritional Sciences & Dietetics graduate program (NST Dietetic Lecturer) and the other one is to teach the non-dietetic courses in the department (NST Non-Dietetic Lecturer). Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department.



General Duties:

We are seeking outstanding lecturers who can teach/co-teach small, medium, or large lecture and/or laboratory courses. The primary responsibilities for NST Lecturer positions include:

* Delivering lectures and holding office hours

* Planning and preparing lessons; researching and developing new topics, teaching materials, and online resources

* Supervising Graduate Students Instructors (GSIs), if applicable.

* Mentoring students and contributing to departmental and program activities, if teaching in dietetics

* Coordinating lab preparations with the Teaching Lab Staff, if teaching a lab course

* Developing exams and projects and assigning grades

* Maintaining accurate records and monitoring students' progress, as well as addressing any special student needs

* Maintaining knowledge of, and implementing, college policies.

Position description

The Department of Metabolic Biology & Nutrition (MBN) at the University of California, Berkeley seeks applications for a Program Coordinator (Academic Coordinator I/Lecturer) for the Master of Nutritional Sciences & Dietetics (MNSD) program. The individual will serve as a key member of the academic administrative team and instructional faculty. The incumbent will collaborate with the Program Director to coordinate and implement the MNSD program. The incumbent will formulate educational goals, analyze educational outcomes, and refine curricula based on emerging pedagogical theories and accreditation standards.



Central to this role is the coordination and implementation of supervised practice rotations and other aspects of the program. This includes managing instructional schedules, overseeing on-boarding, and performance tracking, where the incumbent directs student performance within worksite training facilities to ensure mastery of core competencies.



The incumbent will contribute to strategic academic operations, including student recruitment, graduate admissions, student advising, the identification of preceptors to maintain a robust network of external partners, and planning social and educational enrichment activities.



To ensure student readiness for professional practice, the incumbent will design and deliver specialized workshops and structured instructional sessions tailored to the needs of students pursuing future practice as registered dietitians. This includes developing, planning, and supervising campus-based practice experiences and providing educational remediation for students requiring advanced support in areas such as clinical practice, counseling, foundational sciences, and management.



While students are in their internships, the incumbent facilitates weekly student meetings, and provides scholarly evaluation guidance on projects and assignments. This is the Lecturer component of the position.



Qualifications

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.



Preferred qualifications

  • A master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, public health, education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a combination of clinical, community, or academic settings.
  • Experience with curriculum development, student advising, and ACEND-accredited supervised practice programs is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and support students, manage program logistics, and collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and university administrators.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential.
