Position Overview
The Fulfillment & 3PL Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) activity. This role ensures accurate and timely order processing, optimal inventory flow, and exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
The manager will act as the primary liaison between the company and 3PL partners, while also leading internal fulfillment operations to maintain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
3PL Management
·Serve as the main point of contact for 3PL partners, ensuring service levels, KPIs, and contractual obligations are met
·Monitor and audit 3PL performance (order accuracy, shipping timelines, inventory management, returns processing)
·Partner with 3PL teams to resolve escalations, improve processes, and support peak season readiness
Internal Fulfillment Oversight
·Manage in-house fulfillment operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping
·Oversee staffing, workflow planning, and scheduling to align with business demand
·Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Inventory & Logistics
·Ensure real-time accuracy of inventory levels across all systems and channels
·Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to warehouses and 3PLs
·Monitor timelines, costs, and inventory flow
Process Improvement & Reporting
·Analyze fulfillment and 3PL performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
·Develop and present reports on KPIs, shipping costs, and operational performance
·Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, implement automation, and improve customer experience
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
·3–5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL management
·Strong understanding of inventory systems, WMS, ERP, or related technology (NetSuite experience a plus)
·Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
·Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
·Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
·Experience with UPS and USPS shipping software is desirable
·Forklift certification preferred (not required)

Job SummaryAs a Selector, you will properly, efficiently, and accurately pick products to neatly and accurately build pallets for our clubs. Our perishable distribution centers are temp controlled, ranging anywhere from 30 degrees in the cooler to -20 degrees in the freezer. Selectors will typically lift between 50-100lbs of product and operate powered equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, etc.

The Buyer plays an important part in ensuring the timely availability of composite raw materials while supporting production schedules, cost objectives, and strict aerospace quality standards which keeps the business strong.
In this role, you will lead sourcing and procurement activities for raw composite materials such as carbon fiber, resins, and prepregs used in aerospace manufacturing.
