KEY DUTIES

• Ensure adherence to Design Control procedures for standard and custom devices.
• Work with project leaders and supporting departments to complete project objectives.
• Develop, test, and refine prototypes and new product concepts.
• Finalize designs and create detailed engineering specifications ensuring proper tolerancing and design for manufacturability.
• Develop verification/validation protocols, carry out testing, and write reports.

• Develop project timeline for development projects and ensure project execution.
• Develop and implement new processes, test fixtures, and documentation methods.
• Take part in design reviews and technical product reviews.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Work closely with outside vendors, 3rd party and internal teams to identify the best Value (quality, time, and cost).
• Implement new and/or execute current processes and procedures that aid in the efficiency of managing and expanding the network.
• Interact and represent Eaton Fiber with peering, transit partners/vendors and others.

In partnership with our Director of Engineering, Staff, and Clients, the Building Engineer II will work to meet

the evolving maintenance demands of the Portfolio to ensure a superior level of professionalism regarding

all maintenance requirements, including prompt response to and resolution of client and property

occupant requests or concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &DUTIES

• Proactively support the development and successful implementation of the preventative

maintenance program for the portfolio

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs in accordance with license(s) held
• Perform scheduled inspections, complete, and submit forms and/or checklists accurately and on

time

• Note items on inspection checklist which require follow up or additional work; communicate

findings with Chief and/or client

• Provide recommendations to Chief Engineer and/or client regarding needed repairs or services
• Act as lead of other Engineers as requested
• Read and understand operations manuals, constructions drawings, diagrams, and work orders

necessary to perform maintenance and other work

• Maintain appearance of property to Facilities Partners and Client's standards
• Collaborate with other contracted vendors, and ensure quality of work performed by them
• Review, monitor and/or provide scope and specifications for contracted property services
• Partner with Chief and/or client to develop specifications for contracted services
• Respond to and resolve tenant service requests in accordance with license(s) held (e.g., replace

ballasts, repair plumbing, etc.)

Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of work, they are looking to add a Senior Environmental Scientist or Engineer (approximately 6 to 12 years' experience) to their team in Durango, Colorado.

This role focuses on soil and groundwater remediation projects tied to oil and gas operations, working within a fast paced consulting environment across the Four Corners region.

The Role

• Manage soil and groundwater remediation projects primarily for oil and gas clients

• Support spill response and corrective action work following releases

Position Summary

The Rotating Equipment Planner specializes in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities for critical rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, cooling towers, etc.). This role prepares detailed plans for non-emergency maintenance work selected through the Risk Based Work Selection (RBWS) process, ensuring optimal equipment reliability and performance while minimizing production downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning: Develop detailed work plans for rotating equipment maintenance, including precision alignments, vibration analysis, and bearing replacements with appropriate man-hour and cost estimates

• Technical Expertise: Apply specialized knowledge of rotating equipment mechanics, tolerances, and failure modes to develop effective maintenance strategies and troubleshooting procedures

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong turbomachinery design experience to support the development of advanced aerospace thermal management subsystems used across military and commercial platforms globally.

This role focuses on the design and development of rotating machinery, including compressors, pumps, and fans integrated within aerospace thermal systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing turbomachinery components from concept through validation, with strong grounding in aerodynamics, CFD, structural integrity, and high-speed rotating equipment design.

These programs are entering early development phases prior to Preliminary Design Review (PDR), requiring strong technical leadership in turbomachinery architecture, performance prediction, and mechanical robustness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical enclosures and subsystems incorporating turbomachinery components
• Lead the mechanical design and development of turbomachinery components including compressors, pumps, and fans
• Perform aerodynamic design and optimization of rotating components
• Conduct or support CFD analysis for flow performance and efficiency validation
• Perform structural analysis of rotating components, including stress, fatigue, and rotor dynamics considerations
• Support bearing selection, shaft design, housing integration, and sealing strategies
