*Responsibilities*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks such as pipe threading and welding.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.
* Perform heavy lifting as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
* Provide excellent field service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Assist in remodeling projects by integrating plumbing solutions into design plans.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in residential plumbing with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
* Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
* Experience in carpentry is beneficial for integrated project work.
* Valid driving license.
* Valid TSBPE license.
* Previous maintenance person experience is an asset.
