Warranty & Cost Recovery Analyst
Bergen County, NJ | $60–80K | Onsite
Ready to step into a high visibility role where your Excel skills actually matter? Our client needs someone who can own Cost Recovery and support Warranty—not the other way around. If you love digging into data, finding money on the table, and keeping vendors honest, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Drive Cost Recovery efforts (your main focus—about 60–70%).
- Pull, analyze, and present data using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, and graphs.
- Build and refine reports for leadership.
- Manage vendor and customer follow up to resolve disputes.
- Support the Warranty team as needed on claims, documentation, and coverage decisions.
- Communicate professionally across all levels—from production staff to VPs.
What You Bring
- Strong Excel skills (non negotiable).
- Experience in Cost Recovery, Warranty, Claims, or Customer Service with financial follow up.
- Ability to write clean reports and explain the story behind the numbers.
- Comfortable working independently and jumping into complex issues.
- Microsoft 365 experience.
- Bonus: SAP, aviation or automotive industry experience

About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems in accordance with standard operating procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. While this role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, you may provide mentorship and training to entry-level technicians.
You'll support multiple industrial facilities within the account, performing both preventative and reactive maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Execution: Complete work orders as assigned by supervisors, ensuring all requests are documented and finalized properly.
- Work Orders: Respond to, execute, and close out requests in the CMMS system, recording accurate time, work performed, and materials used for tracking and billing.
- Support: Provide general maintenance support across multiple facilities as needed.
- Safety: Follow all C&W Services safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment.
- Ability to perform repairs on basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong written and mathematical skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required. Travel between sites will be a requirement of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience or knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Experience or knowledge of Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems.
- Experience troubleshooting general building systems.
Physical Demands
- Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to move between departments and facilities throughout the workday.
- Regularly required to type and document work in a computerized maintenance system.
- Work may be performed in a warehouse or industrial setting with fluctuating temperatures.

Buyer / Purchasing Manager – Manufacturer Sourcing
About the Role
We are seeking a Buyer / Purchasing Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing directly from manufacturers and production suppliers. This individual will play a key role in building supplier partnerships, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring reliable product availability to support company growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience working directly with manufacturers, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating cost-effective purchasing agreements.
What You'll Do
- Source products and materials directly from manufacturers and production partners
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new manufacturing suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), payment terms, and supply agreements
- Manage the full purchasing cycle including RFQs, purchase orders, order tracking, and delivery coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and key vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to maintain optimal stock
- Partner with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure consistent product availability
- Analyze supplier pricing and market trends to identify cost savings opportunities
- Evaluate supplier performance related to quality, reliability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Resolve supply chain issues including delays, shortages, or quality concerns
Qualifications
- 3–8+ years of purchasing, procurement, or sourcing experience
- Proven experience working directly with manufacturers or production suppliers
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience managing RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier contracts
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP / purchasing systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience sourcing from domestic and/or international manufacturers
- Background in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or product-based companies
- Familiarity with importing, logistics, and supply chain coordination
