Our client is a well-established 2-step distributor of lumber, millwork, and engineered wood products, with 8 distribution facilities across the Western U.S.

We’re seeking an Account Manager with experience in building materials, lumber, or construction-related products to manage and grow a book of business. This role focuses on supporting contractor, builder, and dealer relationships while identifying new opportunities within your territory.

What You’ll Do

• Manage existing accounts across contractors, builders, and dealer/distributor partners
• Drive revenue by upselling product lines and identifying new opportunities within your territory
• Quote, price, and negotiate orders based on market conditions and margin targets
• Serve as the main point of contact for product questions, order issues, and jobsite needs
• Build strong relationships through regular calls, jobsite visits, and in-person meetings
• Coordinate with inside sales, operations, and logistics to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
• Stay current on product lines, applications, and competitive offerings
• Support inventory awareness and specialty product availability as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in building materials, lumber, distribution, or construction sales
• Experience working with contractors, builders, or dealer networks
• Strong understanding of quoting, margins, and order flow within a distribution environment
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• High sense of urgency with strong follow-up and attention to detail
• Comfortable in both inside and outside sales interactions

I’m working with a well-established commercial electrical contractor serving the Greater Puget Sound region, Spokane, and Northern Idaho, that is looking to bring on an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator due to company growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of a project — from bidding and estimating through execution and completion. The company manages 15–30 projects at a time, ranging from smaller service jobs to large commercial electrical projects across commercial and light industrial sectors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare and review electrical estimates and bids

• Manage commercial electrical projects from kickoff through completion

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and foremen

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines

• Track costs, materials procurement, and project forecasting

• Resolve job site issues and keep projects on track

• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management and estimating

• Ability to estimate projects in the $1M–$10M range

• Commercial electrical experience preferred

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, Microsoft Project, and Excel

This person will oversee the daily operations, lease management and facilities of multiple properties. This role is hybrid and will require some travel to properties across the local area.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily operations and analysis to include lease administration, tenant services, commercial billing, correspondence and compliance
• Direct quality control lease documentation edits and organization
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance while working closely with vendors and technicians
• Monitor daily and monthly reconciliation
• Manage data compilation and calculation
• Compile and manage monthly reporting
• Collaborate with other staff team members and provide assistance on ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications needed:

• 3 plus years of experience in real estate or property managment; with commercial experience strongly preferred
• Well versed in lease administration, tenant services, RFI/RFP and facility projects
• Knowledge of building maintenance and systems
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and interest in learning new technology systems
• Strong desire and aptitude for learning with inquisitive mind
• Highly organized, detail oriented and effective communicator
• Proven ability to self-manage while working collaboratively with a team
• Basic accounting terminology and reporting
• Familiar with lease agreements and related terminology
