As a Project Engineer for Doka USA, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed plans and designs for formwork and shoring systems based on project specifications and structural requirements and utilize industry-standard software and tools (i.e., AutoCAD, Revit, ect.). to create accurate drawings, models, and calculations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients regarding formwork and shoring solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to address technical challenges and optimize project performance.
- Identify and select appropriate formwork and shoring materials based on project requirements, budget constraints, and site conditions.
- Ensure that formwork and shoring systems comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in formwork and shoring design, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), structural analysis tools, and project management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license a major plus.

Position Summary
We are looking for a Loan Processor who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environment. This person will manage a pipeline of loan files, ensuring a smooth and timely loan transaction experience for our borrowers through the collection and analysis of documents and data. As a customer facing person, this individual is also responsible for providing our borrowers with exceptional customer service and transparency into the process.
Responsibilities
· Review loan file submissions, organize files, and input loan information into the company’s loan origination system
· Order and verify third party services (e.g., credit, flood, appraisals, environmental reports, zoning reports)
· Collect and verify documentation related to borrower, asset, entity, and construction
· Ensure loan files are in compliance with program guidelines, investor requirements, and federal and state laws/regulations (e.g., disclosures, notifications)
· Inform loan officer, agent, and borrower about discrepancies in title, appraisals, credit, employment, income, and other file related items
· Obtain documentation to clear conditions prior to funding as required by underwriting
· Submit completed file to underwriting department for approval
· Proactively monitor pipeline to set realistic closing dates, ensure timely funding of loans, and meet expected service levels
· Communicate with external parties to the loan including but not limited to borrower, realtor, title, closing agent, and appraisal management company
· Evaluate processes and procedures for efficiency opportunities and implement process improvements
· Maintain thorough knowledge of the loan origination system and proactively identify and implement work flow improvements within the system
· Organize and maintain daily pipeline huddles with sales, construction, and other stakeholders, as needed
· Prepare reports giving executives visibility into the loan pipeline, daily production activity, cycle times, and loan quality
· Manage and train junior processors and other employees, as required
· Maintain and update the Processing Policy and Procedure Manual
· Ad hoc projects, as assigned
Qualifications
· Deep knowledge of mortgage processing concepts, practices and procedures
· Knowledge of federal and state regulatory guidelines
· Pipeline management experience required
· Knowledge of Encompass preferred
· Strong working knowledge of MS office and Sharepoint
· Knowledge of underwriting and/or loan structuring a plus
· Process improvement experience (e.g., six sigma) a plus
· Strong attention to detail
· Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service, conflict management, teamwork and coaching

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to lead one or more construction projects and for the management of the overall planning, scheduling, code compliance, cost tracking, safety, and completion of these projects. The Superintendent is responsible for directing and mentoring subcontractors and other on-site field staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and team building skills.
WORK HOURS:
Weekdays 7 am to 5 pm; Saturdays 7 am- 1pm, as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure the required permits and approvals from jurisdictional agencies are secured, posted, and renewed as required prior to starting work.
- Develop, update, modify (as required) and maintain the project schedule including a master schedule, 60-day look ahead schedules for their assigned trades, and two-week look ahead schedules for their assigned trades.
- Understand and be familiar with the date by which all materials must arrive on the job and convey that information to the project management team for preparation of the contract items lists and shop drawing schedules.
- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to complete each project on time.
- Communicate with and support each subcontractor to execute their job duties effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project.
- Perform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations of each job location.
- Prepare the daily construction reports in a thorough and timely manner and maintain a written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, and problems resolved on the job site.
- Assure daily job progress photographs are taken in ample quantity to accurately depict the progress of the work.
- Travel between multiple job sites and simultaneously manage work loads of individual projects
- Understand and ensure risk controls are properly established and maintained.
- Understand and uphold the site safety plan.
- Understand and uphold the site logistics plan.
- Assure the implementation and continuous maintenance of corporate safety program requirements in all of the day-to-day operations on the project.
- Prepare and attend the weekly subcontractor meetings. Assist in maintaining the minutes of these meetings, and ensure they are recorded and distributed.
- Prepare and manage weekly safety meetings, regular toolbox talks, and safety pre task meetings as required.
- Attend weekly meetings with the project team for purposes of updates on the status of the field work and communication of any issues requiring the input or action of others on the project team, and for notification to the project team of issues that may be of importance or interest to them.
- Establish and maintain a system of document control to assure work is being installed in accordance with the latest design documentation and approved shop drawings.
- Communicate any issues requiring additional information from designers and consultants in a timely fashion to the project manager for issuance of RFI’s.
- Assist in preparation of the monthly status report to be submitted to the lender.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree, OR equivalent years of related experience.
- Requires 10+ years of experience in Stick-frame Multi-Family Residential Construction. Previous Sitework and Structured Garage Construction experience is preferred.
- Requires working knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings and other documents required.
- Requires superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential both within the internal project team and externally with subcontractors, labor force, etc.
- Requires the ability to work with and have knowledge of the shop drawing submittal process.
- Requires the ability to read and comprehend building plans and specifications and able to comprehend and recognize safety standards and issues.
- Requires the ability to determine the priority of assignments based on critical deadlines.
- Requires the ability to resolves field-initiated questions.
- Requires understanding of construction contracts, retention, releases.
- Requires the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and customers.
