The Program Operations Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the Davis Managed Service (DMS) division by ensuring a smooth and efficient contingent talent lifecycle across clients, suppliers, and internal teams. This role is key in executing staffing processes such as requisition intake, supplier engagement, candidate flow management, onboarding compliance, and performance reporting. The Program Operations Administrator maintains high levels of responsiveness, accuracy, and customer service to help deliver a best-in-class managed service program. This is a contract to hire position.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate Care:

• Track and serve as a primary point of contact for all pre-identified candidates across DMS Programs.
• Facilitate onboarding activities ensuring compliance and completion of client specific requirements.
• Provide support throughout assignment with extensions, rate changes, conversions, and offboarding processes with regular quality checks.

Reporting & Data Integrity:

• Maintain accurate worker data within the VMS and internal systems throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on program KPIs such as spend, fulfillment rates, supplier performance, and requisition cycle times.
• Audit records regularly to ensure data integrity, worker compliance, and accurate billing.
• Support preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and internal program reviews.

Supplier Compliance & Communication:

• Manage supplier compliance requirements across DMS Programs.
• Support Program Managers tracking supplier activity and headcount.
• Escalate supplier issues or policy non-compliance to Program Managers for resolution.

Customer Service & Stakeholder Support:

• Provide responsive, high-quality service to hiring managers, workers, and suppliers.
• Oversee weekly payroll tasks related to timesheets and invoicing.
• Assist in resolving inquiries related to timesheets, invoicing, rate cards, assignment changes, and program policy.
• Maintain strong relationships to promote positive experiences across all touchpoints.

Requisition & Talent Fulfillment Support (as needed):

• Review, post, and manage incoming requisitions to ensure accuracy, proper alignment to job classifications, and clarity for supplier distribution.
• Launch requisitions to the supplier network, track submissions, and ensure timely candidate delivery in line with SLAs.
• Conduct initial quality checks on candidate submittals (rate alignment, resume accuracy, qualifications matching).
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between hiring managers and suppliers.

Travel to Client Sites:

• Occasional travel to local Client Sites in Southern NH and Northern Massachusetts as needed.

Manage other tasks or projects as requested.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in staffing, talent acquisition, MSP support, HR operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of recruiting or contingent workforce processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year

Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience in product development and product management.

• Experience with agile principles, frameworks, tools, and team performance optimization.

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The Air Defense Ground Equipment (ADGE) Department leads mechanical design, development, and integration of platform systems. This includes shelter systems, hardware integration, cable & interconnections, as well as facility development, and site integration. The department is comprised of individuals with technical expertise and experience in hardware design, integration, and production support. 

The ADGE department is looking for a full-time Sr. Principal Mechanical Engineer to support Patriot Missile Change Control Board (CCB) for major components and sub-assemblies, including obsolescence upgrades, procurement and supplier support

What You Will Do

• Responsibilities (Core & Day to Day) Support design specification development through production qualification reviews and release including ensuring design is manufacturable
• Participate in design peer reviews and conduct trade studies to promote sound technical decisions.
• Provide responses to supplier questions related to general design expectations and interpretation of the relevant specifications​.
• Provide guidance on Raytheon expectations for design rigor, level of TDP & MDP documentation required, typical analysis approach, and other similar topics.
• Connect suppliers with Raytheon subject matter experts as required.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, non-technical disciplines, and suppliers to develop robust design solutions and resolve technical challenges.
• Work with limited supervision and meet technical, schedule, and monetary commitments.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulation. Or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• Experience with ERB/CCB process; CCB chair certification or ability to be certified.
• Experience with solid modeling, creating and documenting mechanical designs in Pro/Engineer/CREO or similar modeling tools.
• Experience working within small electromechanical or gyroscope similar assembly/products.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and ASME drawing and documentation standards and procedures

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with materials, load bearing structures, shock/vibration/load analysis
• Experience using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Missile portfolio including reviewing trade studies, identification of suitable alternate and interchangeable materials, or design changes as needed
• Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across the IPTs and other functions to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements

Raytheon is currently seeking a Senior Test Equipment Design Engineer to join the Sensor Test Solutions (STS) Department. This is an excellent position for engineers with a background in electrical design and software programming/automation, along with a desire to apply those skills to developing, building, and integrating advanced test platforms and architectures.  

You will be joining a project team responsible for the development of test solutions and architectures for various programs within Raytheon. Typical test development applications include analog/digital, RF, High Power, and embedded software/firmware design activities. Test architectures include a blend of customized and COTS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), along with custom electro-mechanical holding fixtures and associated interface cabling and harnessing.

Engineers in this role will also have exposure to the full lifecycle development process - from the requirements definition phase of the test solution design process through the verification and final system sell-off in a production facility or field/depot environment.

This role is 100% ONSITE in Tewksbury, MA

What You Will Do

• Develop test hardware, software, and/or firmware, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities. These test capabilities may span multiple disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital)

• Lead smaller teams of engineers, overseeing the technical execution of project tasks as well as reporting of project status (cost and schedule) to STS department leadership

• Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations throughout the development lifecycle

• Understand and meet established project budget, schedule, and performance commitments

• Guide mechanical engineering and/or suppliers through test adapter design activities, with moderate support from senior engineers

• Work effectively within a team, or function as an individual contributor as needed, working autonomously with limited supervision

• Engage in personal technical growth

• Prepare and clearly present your work product at project status meetings

• Support Manufacturing operations, including on-site troubleshooting and debugging

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant engineering experience

• Experience in electrical engineering design and/or software automation concepts and applications

Qualifications We Prefer

  The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
