We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our Tampa office. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing complex IP portfolios and supporting attorneys in a fast-paced practice.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an IP Paralegal
- Experience with U.S. trademark prosecution and maintenance required
- Familiarity with patent prosecution support preferred
- Strong knowledge of USPTO filings and procedures
- Experience managing domestic and international filings is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file trademark applications, office action responses, and maintenance documents
- Assist with patent prosecution filings and related correspondence
