RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis to support litigation matters, including commercial disputes and trusts & estates litigation (e.g., will contests, fiduciary disputes, accounting proceedings, and probate litigation).
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery demands, and settlement agreements.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
- Participate in court appearances, hearings, depositions, conferences, and negotiations.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy, including with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably including exposure to:
- Commercial litigation (contract disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy litigation, class actions, securities litigation, consumer protection), and/or
- Trusts & estates litigation (contested probate matters, discovery under SCPA 2103 proceedings, objections to fiduciary conduct, accounting disputes, or related Surrogate’s Court matters).
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active New Jersey State Bar admission.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, screensharing and live chat

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent sureties, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and other construction‐industry clients in litigation, arbitration, and other dispute‐resolution forums.
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, deposition preparation, and court appearances.
