This is a full-time role based in Hawthorne, CA. The base pay range for this role is $165,000 to $175,000 annually based on 40 hours per week of patient care. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. You?ll receive direct mentorship from the physician team (including the founding medical director) and structured training across all protocols. What You?ll Do:

  • Lead comprehensive 60-minute new patient consults, order targeted labs, and conduct 45?60 minute lab reviews ~2 weeks later.
  • Manage longitudinal care with follow-ups every 3?7 months, adjusting plans based on outcomes and patient goals.
  • Co-create individualized protocols spanning hormones, thyroid optimization, immune & infectious drivers, metabolic health, IV therapy, and peptide-forward strategies where appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians; document clearly; own patient education and expectation-setting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of protocols and patient resources.
