Executive Business Partner | Founderβs Office
Our client, a globally recognized alternative investment and advisory firm, is seeking a highly capable Executive Business Partner to support the Founder and Managing Partner. This is a uniquely dynamic role designed for someone who is deeply organized, intellectually curious, and excited to operate in a fast-moving, ideas-driven environment. Overview
The Investor Relations Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for existing BlockTrust clients. This role is focused on relationship management, client satisfaction, and ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding to ongoing communication. You will assist clients with account setup, answer routine account questions, and support both onboarding and off-boarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Off-Boarding
- Guide clients through opening and funding brokerage accounts
- Assist with required forms, documentation, and compliance steps
- Manage smooth off-boarding when clients request transfers or closure
Client Support & Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
- Answer basic questions about account status, statements, and platform features
- Provide timely updates, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure high-quality customer service
- Assist clients with additional funding/wire transfers etc.
Account Management Support
- Help clients navigate the BlockTrust platform and brokerage portals
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up items
Relationship Building
- Foster trust and rapport with clients by delivering responsive, proactive communication
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and streamline processes

Job Summary:
Conducts and performs training or solutions using the appropriate medium and method (classroom, computer-based training [CBT], simulations, on-the-job [OJT], coaching, job-aids) to satisfy business needs and requirements. Conducts training covering a broad range of mechanical and electrical subject matter.
Responsibilities:
- Assesses and tests the competence of employees/students in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.
- Expert in navigating technical documents related to manufacturing /repair documents and/or blueprints (detail, assembly, or installation drawings).
- Confers with management/client to understand work situation.
- Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.
- Evaluates training programs and reports on trainee progress.
- Maintains training programs and materials.
- Prepares training areas to be teach ready
Requirements:

The Role
As the Staff Machine Learning Engineer (VP) on the AI Science team, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying cuttingβedge ML systems that power core business functions across the enterprise. Reporting to the Executive Director of AI Science, you will play a critical role in driving the development of scalable ML infrastructure, productionβgrade models, and reusable frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomesβranging from cost optimization to topβline growth. You will bridge quantitative research and technology, with deep understanding of fixed income markets and derivatives.
You will act as a technical thought leader and strategic partner in shaping the direction of the organizationβs machine learning investments, fostering a culture of rigorous experimentation, reproducibility, and responsible AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy ML systems that solve highβimpact business problems for critical workflows.
- Develop and implement advanced ML methods including time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, optimization algorithms, and probabilistic modeling.
- Lead the adoption of emerging ML techniques and tools (e.g., generative AI, LLM fineβtuning, vector databases, RAG) through rapid prototyping.

- Proven track record of leading ML projects from ideation to production, including crossβfunctional collaboration and technical ownership.
- Deep expertise in supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning or statistical modeling.
- Experience with multimodal, generative AI, or large language models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Python, along with modern ML and data stack tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitβlearn, JAX, Ray, MLflow).
- Handsβon experience with MLOps principles and frameworks (e.g., CI/CD pipelines for ML, model monitoring, reproducibility).
- Strong understanding of cloudβbased ML infrastructure (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical details into strategic decisions.

Position Location

Compensation
