Role Description
The Entry-Level Payroll Clerk will support the Payroll Department in processing, reviewing, and maintaining employee payroll records across multiple facilities. This role works closely with facility administrators, HR, and Payroll Specialists to ensure accurate wage payments, compliance with state and federal regulations, and proper documentation.
Experience with the Paylocity platform is highly preferred and considered a strong plus.
Essential Job Duties
- Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for up to 4,800 employees across 38 facilities
- Review and audit employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
- Process new hire entries, status changes, terminations, and pay adjustments
- Enter and maintain payroll data including wage rates, deductions, garnishments, and benefit elections
- Assist with vacation and sick accrual tracking
- Support final paycheck processing in compliance with multi-state labor laws
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from facility teams in a professional and timely manner
- Review payroll reports to identify discrepancies prior to submission
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and HR records
- Assist with audits, wage record requests, and employment verifications
- Support special payroll projects and departmental initiatives as assigned

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Center Director, the Dietitian displays a comprehensive knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets; completes participant nutritional assessments and reassessments as needed; obtains participant food preferences and observes for adherence to dietary modifications; determines adequacy of current diet and supplements when necessary; conducts meal rounds and sanitation inspections; provides nutrition education to participants, caregivers, and PACE program staff.
Essential Functions:
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team (IDT); perform initial, unscheduled, and annual assessments of participants; and develops and implements the nutritional plan of care, including physician orders for special diets, for each participant.
- Participate in the development and implementation of QAPI activities.
- Responsible for oversight of dietary aide and kitchen operations.
- Monitor therapeutic diets and special dietary modifications and communicate concerns with interdisciplinary team; determine each participant's need for liquid nutritional supplements; and order as needed.
- Monitor participant food intake; follow up with dietary aide, interdisciplinary team, and participants with comments/concerns.
- Assess participants' access to food and make appropriate referrals to interdisciplinary team for: meal preparation evaluation, Meals on Wheels, sack lunches, grocery shopping needs, and meal preparation provided.
- Communicate with in-home service providers regarding participants' meal preparation skills, safety in the kitchen, stock of groceries, and intake of food and fluids at home as needed.
- Monitor adequacy of lunch and snack menus for the center.
- Update sack lunch list, supplement sheet, and feeding room guide as needed.
- Monitor stock in refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage as needed.
- Communicate regularly with vendors.
- Monitor dietary expenditures, complete budget reports, anticipate projected budgetary needs, and discuss with supervisor.
- Maintain safe and sanitary working environment; and follow PACE program safety policies and procedures; handle potentially infectious specimens with appropriate biohazard precautions and practice Universal Precautions.
- Provide basic nutrition and sanitation education for participants, families, primary caregivers, and/or PACE program staff as needed.
- Participate in wound care meetings with updates on participants' nutritional status; family meetings; and work area development and department meetings.
- Responsible for staff hiring, orientation, training, and development, and performance appraisal; set clear expectations and assign appropriate authority to staff; hold staff accountable for their scope of work and compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Interact in a courteous, pleasant, and friendly manner with participants and families, PACE program staff, and staff at contracted facilities, as applicable; and demonstrate effective partnership management skills.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all company procedures, results, and information about participants or families.

Skills and Experience:

Position Summary
Under supervision of the Medical Director, the PACE Physician provides assessment, planning, primary care, and continuous medical coverage to PACE participants in an interdisciplinary team environment and in accordance with Gary and Mary West PACE standards.
Essential Functions:
- Provide complex primary care and acute illness evaluation and treatment for participants on an as needed basis via in person, at home or telehealth visits.
- Perform in-person comprehensive assessments on participants and coordinate with the IDT to develop a comprehensive care plan for assigned participant panel of up to 110 participants.
- Be an active member of the IDT communicating participant changes, collaborating on care planning decisions and patient centered care in line with West PACE mission.
- Work collaboratively with case management RN's and other members of IDT to provide clinical input and care coordination in Transitions of Care scenarios and participate in facility and family care conferences as needed.
- Conduct post hospital and post ED discharge visits within 1 week of discharge as well as acute visits focused on ED and hospital utilization reduction for high risk patients.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Supervising NP's and PA's may be required.
- Along with the Medical director, serve as a liaison outpatient and inpatient specialist to communicate and improve care for PACE participants.
- Participate in every 5-6 week rotating telephonic only nights and weekends.
- Provide home or SNF visits as needed based on clinical criteria and/or by Gary and Mary West PACE's standards and participants needs.
- At the direction of the Medical Director, review outcomes, coding and utilization data, including review of necessity of hospitalizations and use of specialists; establish best practices with the Medical Director, and collaborate with clinical staff, Community-Based PACE Physicians, and IDT to make policy and procedural improvements to reduce unnecessary utilization and improve participant health.
- At the direction of the Medical Director, special projects may be assigned to help improve care and experiences at West PACE.
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about employees, participants and families.
- Follow Gary and Mary West PACE policies and procedures and participate in any required QI activities, staff training and meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Develops mechanical design of medical devices and combination products of varying complexity.
- Works closely with clients and internal teams in electrical engineering, software, manufacturing, and quality to develop products from concept through transfer to manufacturing
- Translates user and stakeholder needs into clear design requirements. Collect design inputs from clients, end users, and human factors engineering
- Generate designs for medical device and combination devices, components, and assemblies, including 3D CAD, engineering drawings, and specifications. Leverages tools and techniques common to the practice of mechanical engineering, and applies industry standards and practices
- Working closely with project management, ensures adherence to project timelines while maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. May act as project manager and/or technical lead for smaller, technically oriented projects

- Conducts engineering analysis to inform designs and determine specifications, including tolerance analysis, structural analysis, thermal and fluid analysis, etc., and generates reports summarizing findings. May use computational methods and tools to assist in analysis
- Selects and evaluates appropriate materials to meet design requirements
- Optimizes designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability
Skills/Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree
- 1+ years relevant working experience in product development, 2+ preferred. Medical device or combination product experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in teams to find creative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Can distill complex problems into discrete, well-defined tasks and drive to completion
- Ability to interpret and apply GD&T to engineering designs
- Experience with design for various manufacturing processes, including injection molding, machining, sheet metal, etc. Experience with injection molding plastics and silicones highly desired
- Familiar with standards applicable to the engineering discipline and medical device industry (ASME,ISO, AAMI, IEC, etc.)
- Experience with product development within a regulated industry. Familiarity with medical device regulations (FDA, ISO, etc) highly desired.
- Experience working with 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., Solidworks). Familiarity with PDM and PLM software desired.
- Experience with hands-on fabrication using machine tools, hand tools, and rapid prototyping processes.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Communicates effectively with engineers, leaders, clients, partners, and vendors

The Director of Quality & Regulatory is responsible for leading and overseeing all quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities for the Companyβs AATB-accredited tissue bank. Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the Quality & Regulatory department, ensuring sustained compliance with AATB Standards, FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 1271), and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
- Maintain final decision-making authority on quality and regulatory matters, including product disposition, investigations, and compliance actions, while collaborating closely with the General Manager and cross-functional leadership.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System to support compliant and efficient tissue banking operations.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize quality and compliance risks, ensuring appropriate actions are implemented and monitored.
- Oversee and actively participate in internal audits, inspection readiness activities, and compliance monitoring programs.
- Serve as the primary Company contact for FDA, AATB, state regulators, and other external auditors or inspectors, including leading inspection preparation, hosting inspections, and overseeing responses and follow-up activities.
- Provide oversight and hands-on involvement in quality investigations, nonconformances, CAPA, recalls, and field actions, ensuring timely, effective, and well-documented resolution.
- Ensure appropriate oversight and qualification of tissue recovery agencies, suppliers, and other tissue bank partners.
- Provide quality and regulatory guidance for new and existing products, process changes, and business initiatives.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and records remain current, effective, and aligned with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Plan, prepare, and lead management reviews of the Quality Management System, ensuring appropriate inputs, outputs, documentation, and follow-up actions are completed.
- Monitor and report quality and compliance metrics to management, supporting informed decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Quality & Regulatory staff, balancing delegation with direct involvement, as needed.
- Work collaboratively with Operations and other departments to integrate quality and compliance into daily activities and continuous improvement efforts.
Education/Experience
- Β·Bachelorβs degree in science or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality and/or regulatory roles within a regulated tissue banking, HCT/P, or biologics environment.
- Demonstrated experience working within an AATB-accredited tissue bank, including direct knowledge of AATB Standards and FDA 21 CFR Part 1271.
- Experience serving as a lead or primary contact during FDA, AATB, or state inspections.
- Prior experience managing and developing quality and/or regulatory staff.
- Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (cTBS) certification is a strong plus.
- Medical device and ISO 13485 experience is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong working knowledge of quality systems, audits, CAPA, investigations, recalls, and inspection readiness.
- Ability to apply regulatory and accreditation requirements in a practical, risk-based manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical and regulatory documentation.
