**Responsibilities:**

  • In our clinic, we evaluate and manage patients with peripheral vascular conditions including varicose veins, spider veins, venous leg ulcers, leg pain, leg edema, and lymphedema.
  • Perform post-procedure and pre-operative visits as well as discuss venous reflux and DVT ultrasound results.
  • work alongside our vascular specialist as well as independently, with strong communication and collaboration
  • interpret and analyze non-invasive studies to help determine appropriate therapy and next course of action

  • patient education about these conditions
  • Follow clinic and physician protocols to triage the above conditions
  • Collaborate with in-office physician, and referring physicians.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of an accredited nursing program or physician assistant program.
  • Currently licensed as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
  • Minimum of two years experience in related fields (vein clinic, vascular surgery, interventional radiology, dermatology, plastic surgery helpful)
  • Demonstrate the ability to assess the full scope of patient needs.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Conduct courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

As a medical professional, you will provide medication management services to patients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face as well as through telehealth, to do the following:
