Qualifications: Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Licensure: Must hold or be willing to obtain a license to practice in Ohio.

BLS & ACLS: Certification required prior to start.

Experience: Previous experience in family medicine is preferred, but we are open to new graduates as well.

Patient Age Range: Willingness to see patients of all ages, from 5 years and up, is required.
