The Attorney will provide support and assistance to Partners attorneys during all phases of employment related litigation and traditional labor matters. The position has hybrid flexibility in the firm's Detroit or Troy office.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough and high-quality legal research
- Assist with all areas of discovery including drafting discovery requests, responses to discovery requests, preparation of initial disclosures and witness preparation
