The Role: We are seeking a true closer. As our Remote Sales Manager, you won’t be managing the gym floor—you will be managing the phones. Your primary objective is to contact warm leads, uncover their fitness goals, prescribe the right membership package, and close the sale by securely processing their payment over the phone.

You will act as the bridge between a prospect’s initial interest and their first day in the facility, ensuring a seamless handoff to our on-site coaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speed to Lead: Contact new inbound leads (from web forms, social media ads, etc.) within 5–10 minutes.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand a prospect's "Why" and effectively communicate the value of our coaching programs.
• Closing: Confidently present membership options, handle objections, and secure credit card payments over the phone for month-to-month, 6-month, and 12-month paid-in-full memberships.
• Pipeline Management: Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions meticulously using our gym management software (experience with PushPress is a plus).
• The Handoff: Create detailed member profiles and communicate effectively with the coaching team so every new member is greeted by name and set up for success on day one.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2C phone sales, specifically closing deals on the first or second call.
• A confident, assumptive closer who is comfortable asking for the credit card over the phone.
• Excellent active listening skills and the ability to navigate objections with empathy and authority.
• A strong understanding of the fitness space (familiarity with CrossFit and HYROX is highly preferred).
• Self-motivated and highly disciplined to thrive in a remote work environment.

Compensation & Benefits: We believe in rewarding performance. This role offers a solid base salary with a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure.

Responsbilities

Daily Operations & Warehouse Support

• Assist with opening/closing the warehouse and maintaining a clean, safe, organized space
• Pull and prepare orders accurately using pick tickets
• Track equipment inventory, rental usage, and locations to ensure accurate records
• Help receive/inspect incoming equipment and update systems

Sales, Orders & Customer Assistance

• Take incoming orders (phone, walk-in, email) and handle counter sales
• Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, recommend the right equipment/safety solutions, and provide knowledgeable, friendly service
• Ensure customers get the best experience: quick responses, accurate info, follow-ups on deliveries/issues, and resolution of any concerns

Project & Rental Coordination

• Support the Operations Manager in coordinating rentals, deliveries, setups, pickups, and small projects
• Track timelines, equipment availability, and progress to meet customer deadlines
• Manage details like scheduling, documentation (pick tickets, basic invoices), and team communication
• Follow through meticulously to guarantee on-time, high-quality service and customer satisfaction

General Duties

• Use computer systems for orders, tracking, and basic documentation
• Operate forklift safely to move/load equipment (experience preferred; training available)
• Drive company vehicle for local support as needed

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills to efficiently oversee projects and processes.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain professional interactions with clients and partners.
• Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Administrative Assistance to manage documentation, scheduling, and task organization.

• Implement patient care.
• Complete nursing documentation.
• Assess and document pain management.
• Recognize and communicate changes in patients' condition.

• Follow code protocols.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Computer literacy

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Physical Requirements:

• Essential Duties: This position requires knowledge of all aspects of patient care including assessing; planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the patients progress through the entire continuum of care in conjunction with the R.N. or physician.
• Physical Duties: This position requires frequent walking, sitting, and standing.
• Frequent talking and listening when giving instruction and explanations.

• Clinical exposure to patients requires the use of personal protective equipment.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• This position is high exposure to infectious wastes such as blood and bodily fluids that mandate the wearing of gloves, masks, gowns, and goggles as appropriate.
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range
