Position: HRIS Analyst

Compensation: $40 - $50 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, KS

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Administer and support HRIS platforms like UKG, Dayforce, and SAP.
• Maintain HR data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot HR system integrations and interfaces.
• Partner with IT on access-related processes and audits.
• Document HRIS processes and maintain SOPs.
• Assist with HR workflow automation and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience in a complex organization.
• Experience with UKG and/or Ceridian Dayforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in HR system integrations and interfaces.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with BI, Power Query, and data visualization.
• HRIS implementation experience.
• Excellent communication skills across IT, Finance, etc.

Position Title: Accounting Specialist

Department: Accounting

Reports To: Accounting Manager

Employment: Fulltime, Non-Exempt

Location: Overland Park, KS – Onsite Position

Position Summary

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable collection process to ensure timely payment from customers and maintain healthy cash flow. This role monitors outstanding invoices, communicates with customers regarding past-due balances, resolves billing discrepancies, and supports the overall accounting function. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating professionally with customers to resolve payment issues.

Key Responsibilities

Collections & Accounts Receivable

• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue customer accounts.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and customer communications.
• Work with customers to establish payment plans when appropriate.
• Escalate delinquent accounts to management and recommend further collection actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing or service disputes affecting payment.

Accounting Support

• Apply customer payments to accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied cash.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and customer statements.
• Assist with monthly AR close procedures and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices and account statements.
• Maintain accurate customer account records within the accounting system.
• Assist with all other areas of accounting as needed.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare periodic collections and aging reports for management.
• Identify trends in delinquency and recommend improvements to collection procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
• Support reviews and audits by providing documentation related to receivables and collections.
• Assist at the warehouse location as needed during busy seasons.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) collections preferred.

Pay: $20 an hour

The Personal Lines Risk Manager is responsible for working directly with our Wealth Managers and their clientele to provide a comprehensive insurance approach to their personal insurance needs. They will provide quotes, explain coverages, and communicate with clients to determine how we can best serve them from a personal insurance standpoint.

The Personal Lines Risk Manager has a service‐driven personality and is experienced at marketing complex personal insurance risks. They will determine appropriate markets and work directly with companies to place personal insurance plans ranging from home, auto, umbrella, collections, boats, and secondary dwellings.

JOB DUTIES:

• Promptly address requests received from Wealth Managers, clients, and carriers regarding insurance quote status, coverage, claims, or administrative issues.
• Creates ACORD and various other company applications as needed to place coverages requested.
• Submits applications, loss runs, etc. to various markets to obtain quotes as quickly as possible.
• Reviews quotes and resolves any discrepancies directly with the underwriter and communicates final quotes to clients.
• Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals for Customers as needed.
• Confirms binding of coverage with carriers and issues binders.
• Issues Auto IDs for new business policies as needed.
• Invoices agency‐billed policies and executes premium finance agreements as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property and Casualty Insurance Agents License in Kansas or Missouri.
• Able to market and place insurance coverage promptly and independently –
• identifies appropriate markets, submits risks for quotes, presents quotes to insured, and binds coverage as elected.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to receive, interpret, and respond to complex issues.
• An ongoing effort to obtain professional designations such as CISR, CIC.
• Strong relationship‐building skills with Wealth Managers, companies, clients, and colleagues.
• Ability to be a team player and adapt to a fast‐paced, ever‐changing work environment with a positive attitude.
