Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager partners closely with our business unit to shape the organization’s culture, manage HR operations, and support our employee’s professional growth and well-being. Qualifications:
- Experience and Education:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR roles; leadership experience preferred

- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

Areas of responsibility for this position include:

- Support attorneys on personal injury litigation matters from start to finish
