Responsibilities
- Assist with proposal activities from RFP release to submission.
- Collaborate with project managers, executives, and experts to direct proposals.
- Write and edit non-technical sections for clarity and compliance; format documents and incorporate feedback
- Assist presentation preparation.
- Writing and editing proposals/presentations in the engineering, architecture, environmental, and/or construction industries
Qualifications
- Entry level

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you'll assist with design tasks, organize creative assets, and help move projects forward on tight timelines-gaining real exposure to retail design execution.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and updating store display graphics and retail layouts
- Help organize design files, maintain archives, and keep project documentation tidy
- Learn how to read basic retail plans, including planograms, dielines, and product layouts
- Support simple production tasks such as trimming, cutting, comping, and mockups
- Communicate with team members to track progress and meet deadlines
- Work both independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks
- Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
- Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 21st
- Available for in-office work at least three days per week
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Acrobat
