Advanced Practitioner Role Scope

At HHC Advanced Practitioners (APP) enjoy the full scope of advanced practice and receive recognition and respect for their contributions to high quality patient care. We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to partner with the practicing Physicians in our Urgent Care offices in Western Connecticut. Under established guidelines and in collaboration with the practice physician(s) the practicing APP will need to provide:

·         Acute care illness and injury management skills

·         Perform and interpret EKG

·         Venipuncture and Peripheral line placement

·         Administration of IM, IV medication

·         Dressing Change and wound care management

·         Incision and drainage of simple abscess

·          Suturing and stapling of simple wounds or laceration

·         Removal of sutures

·         Apply splints and cast

·         Perform Gynecological / pelvic exams

·         Interpret preliminary X-Ray findings

·         DOT Exams

·         Perform contact physicals

·         School and sports exam for kids

The Director of Institutional Advancement, Berklee NYC, is a newly created, strategic role designed to launch and lead philanthropic partnerships in support of the campus's bold vision. This is a New York City based position. 3. Advisory Board Development

• Lead the planning and recruitment of a new Berklee NYC Advisory Board.

4. Donor Engagement & Events

• Leverage the unique history and capabilities of Power Station to design and implement exclusive donor engagement experiences (e.g., studio sessions, listening parties, alumni and industry showcases).

• Create a "culture of philanthropy" at the NYC site, engaging the local alumni network, in collaboration with Boston-based Alumni Affairs staff, and industry partners in the life of the college.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience: 7-10 years of professional fundraising experience, with a specific track record of success in major and principal gifts.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to work independently and build new initiatives from scratch; comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a "start-up" environment within a larger institution.

• NYC Knowledge: Familiarity with the New York City philanthropic landscape, arts and culture scene, and/or the music industry.

• Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust among high-net-worth individuals and senior leadership.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Reporting to the Academic Technology Manager, Educational Support Associates are responsible for a variety of tasks related to the academic functioning of Berklee NYC. Collaborating with faculty, staff, and students at BNYC, you will assist in tasks ranging from classroom setup and breakdown to helping facilitate daily classroom functions, and educational activities and events, as well as providing logistical support to academic staff and faculty.

You are a team player with strong communication skills, who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

You will find success in this role if you possess an acute attention to detail, demonstrate an advanced understanding of audio, video, and lighting equipment, and have a basic understanding of educational and pedagogical practices.

In this role, your tasks will include inventorying and distributing equipment for classrooms and ensuring that academic facilities are stocked with supplies and are in a clean and presentable state at all times.

What You Will Do

• Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Colorectal Surgery Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Role Scope:

The Colorectal Advanced Practitioner will work in an ambulatory setting and has potential to evolve into perform daily hospital rounds at St Vincent Medical Center for transition of care from hospital to home.  APPs responsibilities will include new patient consultants, short and long term post- operative follow ups, and coordination of patient care across multiple disciplines.  Additionally, APP will be expected to learn and perform in office procedures such as complex wound care, incision and drainages, and ostomy care.  Advance practitioners daily collaborate with attending physicians and in office nursing staff to ensure the well-being of the colorectal patients. Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for administrative and general office support for the Director, Deputy Director, and Fellows. Their duties will include:

• Managing scheduling needs and requests, both for Center employees and for projects that Center employees are running
• Interacting with the general public and serving as a point of contact for the Center, including, as appropriate and needed, responding to general inquiries regarding the Center
• Providing administrative support for events and meetings, including note-taking and assisting with setup and logistics
• Coordinating with other University personnel to address and resolve administrative issues or matters.
• Drafting various types of materials, including correspondence and memos

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $ 75,000, based on years of experience.
