The Opportunity:
The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. What youβll be working on:
- Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Completion of masterβs degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and is maintaining active NCCPA certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
- Current shifts range from (6am - 12am PST)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills

This is a full-time virtual role.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. The Photo Retoucher is responsible for ensuring visual consistency and adherence to the brandβs style guide for all retouched images across e-commerce, retail, marketing, and advertising. You will work directly with the photo studio team to schedule and ensure the timely delivery of assets requested by various departments.
The photo retoucher will report to the Director of Marketing and Photo Art Director.

Responsibilities
- Retouch and color correct image assets ranging from ecom product, flat shots, editorial, and campaign for both print and digital application.
- Adapt and adhere to established brand style guidelines and requirements including cataloging, naming, cropping, color managing, masking, skin tones, and clothing details.
- Meet creative deadlines and daily averages to support ecommerce, wholesale and various departments.
- Organize and manage the retouching calendar to prioritize tasks and due dates, ensuring on-time delivery and transparency.
- QC and ensure visual consistency for all image assets content throughout each season.

Key Qualifications

KEY PURPOSE:
The Global Product Manager - Hardgoods is responsible for building and maintaining Speedoβs global range within designated categories. KEY PURPOSE:
As our Inventory Planner, you are responsible for inventory management and development of a DC replenishment plan that satisfies demand and optimizes service vs cost objectives as defined by leadership. Your primary role is to plan inventory across core and fashion workflows, manage related planning systems (when applicable) for your portion of the business, and minimize stock excess and obsolescence. - Effectively communicate all store-related issues or concerns to the Store Manager when unable to resolve them independently.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required, ensuring the store is prepared and secure for each business day.
- Use time effectively when not actively servicing clients, including maintaining stock levels, organizing product displays, and assisting in inventory management.
- Demonstrate accountability for protecting MaxMara assets and minimizing shrink by following all security and operational protocols.
- Coordinate and assist with the timely execution of storewide visual and operational updates in line with corporate directives.
Store Visuals + Merchandising
- Lead and assist in the execution of visual merchandising changes, ensuring consistency in store layout, signage, and product placements.
- Regularly inspect the storeβs visual standards to ensure the environment remains aligned with Bloomingdaleβs aesthetic and customer expectations.
- Conduct daily visual walkthroughs to ensure the store is fully stocked and that products are in their designated spots, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
Required Skills/Education:
- Minimum 3-4 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus
- RTW and/or shoe experience is a plus; product experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficient computer skills
