Performs a variety of direct patient care procedures to assist the unit manager, professional staff and physicians in providing patient care focused on the needs of the patient.

GENERAL PATIENT CARE - Meets the comfort and hygiene needs of the

patient by providing care services such as bathing, oral hygiene

procedures, hair care, bed pan/urinal use, skin care and garment, linen

and bedding changes. Distributes meals and beverages, takes vital

signs, collects lab specimens.

TECHNICAL CARE - Assists with completion of patient testing and

treatment procedures, sets up and primes IV tubing, 12-lead ECG,

simple tracheostomy suctioning and care, changes dressings, performs

cardiopulmonary resuscitation, obtains wound and throat cultures.

EQUIPMENT - Assists physician and professional staff in equipment

supply and set up.

TRANSPORT - Assists with ambulating patients with assistive devices

such as crutches and with transfer/transport procedures.

COMMUNICATION - Performs required documentation and

communicates in a competent and effective manner to meet patient

and/or family needs and regulatory requirements. Maintains strict

confidentiality of patient, employee and department information to

ensure patient rights.

The Transportation Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing our transportation process, working with 3PL carriers to get our product to retailers across the United States. Focusing on outbound shipments, the Transportation Logistics Analyst will trace, track, and record OTR-Over The Road shipments while focusing on ways to optimize the transportation process, create efficiencies, and reduce costs. Customer-Facing Quality Leadership

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality communication.

Production & Specification Oversight

• Ensure quality documentation enables timely release of finished goods.

Required Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of quality leadership experience in food or ingredient manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of GFSI, FSMA, and food safety systems.
• Experience partnering with production teams and managing customer specifications.
• Proven ability to create structured project plans and documentation systems.
• Experience with FSVP and supplier quality programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Team management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms, quality software, and standard computer applications.

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for a variety of products.

They are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Professional to drive new business growth and help expand their footprint in medical, aerospace, and defense manufacturing.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a salesperson who:

• Enjoys hunting and building relationships from scratch
• Is comfortable with long sales cycles and delayed gratification
• Can navigate engineers, purchasing, and quality teams
• Wants autonomy and ownership rather than micromanagement

You will step into a strong manufacturing platform with proven capabilities and leadership support, but you will build your own pipeline.

What You Will Do

• Prospect and develop new OEM relationships in targeted industries
• Sell precision machining and contract manufacturing capabilities
• Work directly with engineers and purchasing teams to quote and win complex work
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through long-term production partnership
• Spend significant time in the field visiting customers and prospects
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on quoting, feasibility, and execution

What Our Client Is Looking For

Required

• Proven success in B2B outside sales within manufacturing or technical environments
• Experience selling contract manufacturing, precision machining, or custom technical solutions

• Willingness to be on-site when not visiting customers

Preferred

• Experience selling into medical, aerospace, or defense OEMs

Location & Work Style

• Based in the Chicago metro area
• Expected to be on-site full time initially to learn the business

Compensation

• Base salary approximately $100,000–$125,000, with bonus
• Ramp support provided due to long sales cycles
• Performance-based upside as the role matures
