Job Summary

Under the oversight of the Director, Behavioral Health, the Manager, Behavioral Health is responsible for leading at least one Behavioral Health functional team, managing team performance and results, and for managing the clinical processes that support the Behavioral Health department. The Manager, Behavioral Health is a member of the Behavioral Health leadership team; in addition to their own responsibilities the Manager assists in supporting and covering for other Behavioral Health leaders and participates in a variety of cross-functional Behavioral Health initiatives and processes.

The Manager, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Behavioral Health initiatives and projects, as well as achievement of goals consistent with federal, state, and national requirements and regulations, and specific Tufts Health Plan initiatives and goals. The position is responsible for representing the Behavioral Health department on relevant internal and external work groups, implementation teams, and projects, for interfacing with divisional and enterprise teams, and for managing Behavioral Health accreditation compliance.

Job Description

  • Manage daily operations including, but not limited to, the assignment and distribution of work among assigned Behavioral Health Utilization Management team(s). Ensure all workflow processes are completed within the required timeframes and telephone coverage requirements are met. Ensure adherence to all department and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as member of Behavioral Health leadership team. Provide back-up for peers, including supervisory coverage. Partner with peers to ensure effective cross-functional, end to end approach to meet the needs of members, providers, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and help drive efforts to integrate Behavioral Health into the broader Tufts Health landscape by providing a cohesive behavioral health presence and subject matter expertise to Public Plans and Enterprise activities including case management, medical management, and provider/network management.
  • Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, develop, implement and manage initiatives and projects to achieve Tufts Health Public Plans goals. Collaborate with internal departments in support of clinical activities and operations.
  • Manager of Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) team completes extensive network management activities in coordination with MassHealth and other MCOs/ACOs.
  • Develop and prepare reports to meet internal, regulatory, contractual and accreditation requirements. Work closely with other departments in the development of report specifications and obtain data for and/or complete reports as needed to meet contract and regulatory requirements and track ongoing data.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff. Supervise/coach staff to assist them in attaining optimal knowledge and job efficiency. Define metrics and goals for assigned team(s) and manage expectations. Utilize data to monitor and evaluate individual, team and program performance. Provide timely feedback to all staff regarding their performance via regular team and one-on-one meetings. Conduct formal performance appraisals. Take appropriate disciplinary action in a timely manner when needed. Ensure staff is provided with all necessary tools, resources and training to promote growth and performance within the department and/or organization.
  • Monitor utilization management and ensure servicing goals are met or exceeded by tracking department metrics. Apply data, utilize evidence-based treatment practices and identify opportunities for improvement of quality of care and medical expense savings to design, implement and enhance utilization management and clinical care coordination processes. Track and monitor the impact of utilization management and care coordination on quality and medical expense measures.
  • Complete monthly clinician case review audits and review semi-annual IRR results to monitor UM decision making and adherence to policies and procedures. Identify trends, develop and implement action plans for improvement progress
  • Provide monthly Care Management report on team(s) performance, metrics, and goal achievement to the Director of Behavioral Health.
  • Review and develop department policies, procedures, workflows and job aids as needed, consistent with departmental and company strategic objectives and mission. Develop, maintain, update orientation materials in collaboration with clinical trainer.
  • Work collaboratively on and manage components of quality improvement initiatives and medical expense reduction activities and ensure alignment with broader company strategy. This includes activities that support NCQA accreditation and identify and promote best practices within clinical programs.
  • Provide information and support to internal stakeholders. Work collaboratively with other managed care entities, MassHealth, the Executive Office of Health & Human Services, as well as provider and other stakeholder groups.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Salary Range

$98,659.20 -$147,988.80

Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Manager, Member Services, the Supervisor of member Services is responsible for the direct supervision of the Member Services colleagues (Advocates, Sr. Advocates and Team Leaders). Ensure the accurate and timely completion of our bi-weekly, multi-state payroll processing using the Workday platform.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Biweekly payroll processing -

  • Support the Payroll Specialist to ensure all steps to successfully transmit and settle the bi-weekly payroll are completed and accurate.

  • Certify the post payroll reports and reconciliations between Workday and ADP is complete and any variances are researched and detailed.

Process all changes in payroll system -

  • Review Manager Self Service events for completeness, accuracy and verify approvals. Perform final approval of transactions and follow-up processes required to maintain accurate employee master file data.

  • Review and approve all colleagues pay data changes in Workday for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness in accordance with payroll processing deadlines.

  • Maintain benefit deduction information for Liberty Mutual, Tuition Reimbursement, Bring Your Own Device, etc.

Online Time & Absence Maintenance -

  • Review online time & absence for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with company pay policies and follow up with the departments as needed.

  • Support colleagues and managers with timecard and absence corrections as needed.

Enter or review On Demand payments for involuntary terminations, missed wages and as requested.

Aid and support colleagues, managers and HR by monitoring the Payroll Inbox, Teams, and Colleague Resource Center (tickets).

Work with the Benefits team to ensure any leave issues are handled prior to payroll processing.

Work with the Finance team to ensure all month end Payroll responsibilities are completed prior to closing deadline.

Assist manager with year-end process and help ensure we are compliant with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.

Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Assist in payroll reconciliations and audits.

Qualifications

Certification and Licensure

  • FPC or CPP certification is a plus

Education

  • Required (minimum): High School diploma

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Experience

  • Required (minimum): 5 years of payroll or related field

  • Preferred: Workday and/or ADP SmartCompliance is a plus

Job Summary

The Vice President of Medical Management, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Health Care Services is responsible for leading and transforming the medical management of in-patient, ambulatory and post-acute settings. This leader analyzes market trends and dynamics to identify opportunities and is responsible for developing and executing a multi-year strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals. This position is accountable for evaluating internal operations against standard KPI designed to improve overall access to care, lower the total cost of care, and ensure high quality in compliance with all state and regulatory requirements.
This role will be responsible for fiscal and administrative oversight of a large internal team focused on industry standard productivity measures while consistently delivering high inter-relator reliability. This leader is also responsible for developing clinical platform strategy to meet the current and prospective regulatory requirements for automation and inter-operability.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the medical management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee and lead the design, implementation and delivery of key strategies aimed at ensuring consistent, efficient, and impactful UM programs

  • Develop comprehensive strategy to position Point32Health as a leader in utilization management and effectiveness, including pre-service, concurrent post-service reviews and transitions of care.

  • Lead ROI strategic UM initiatives, including business case development, implementation and monitoring of medical and administrative cost savings strategies to support evidence-based trend management in conjunction with outcome driven KPI's

  • Ensure departmental compliance with all regulatory and accreditation agency standards for state and federal requirements. Work in collaboration with IT to develop future capabilities with respect to PA automation and interoperability.

  • Identify system needs, and improve internal efficiencies

  • Collaborate with compliance to ensure consistent internal auditing for all regulatory processes, lead all corrective actions stemming from an audit.

  • Identify key utilization trends that could impact the organization's financial and/or operational performance

  • Ensure routine assessment of all metrics measured support internal and external factors that could affect performance

Background & Experience

Education, Certification and Licensure:

  • Advanced degree in related field required. Active clinical licensure preferred but not required

  • 10-15 years of progressive business and leadership experience in health care and/or managed care.

  • 10+ years of leadership experience, supervising high-level professionals required, with demonstrated success in program development and execution

  • Experience in leading and transforming the medical management of in-patient, ambulatory and post-acute settings

  • Demonstrated success with design and execution of clinical system strategy and automation functionality

Job Description

Under the direction of the Director of Finance Operations, the Manager of Commissions is responsible for oversight and management of all broker compensation and Internal Sales commission functions for both Commercial and Medicare business. Key accountabilities include management and oversight of all broker payments and internal sales commissions; partnering with sales leadership on compensation strategies; business process analysis, improvements, and execution; project participation and requirements development; and optimizing commissions payment systems. Senior SyteLine (Infor CSI) Planning & Purchasing Systems Analyst


  • Location: Franklin, MA (On-Site to Start – Hybrid Flexibility Later)
  • Permanent Role
  • Salary: ~$145K (depending on experience)


We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on SyteLine (Infor CSI) expert to take full ownership of Planning & Purchasing system configuration.

This is not a support-only role. This is an opportunity to become the in-house ERP leader for MRP, purchasing, and inventory optimization after a challenging implementation year. The company is moving away from consultants and building internal expertise.


What You’ll Own

  • Full ownership of SyteLine (Infor CSI) Planning & Purchasing modules

Configure and optimize:

  • MRP parameters
  • Item/vendor setup
  • Purchasing logic
  • Safety stock, lead times, order quantities


  • Diagnose and resolve planning & inventory issues
  • Reconfigure the system to support process improvements and growth
  • Ensure data integrity across items, BOMs, routings, and vendors
  • Partner daily with planners, buyers, and operations teams
  • Serve as the in-house SyteLine subject matter expert


Must Have

  • 5+ years of SyteLine (Infor CSI) experience in manufacturing
  • Hands-on MRP, planning, and purchasing configuration expertise
  • Deep understanding of:
  • MRP logic
  • Make-to-order & make-to-stock
  • Inventory control fundamentals


Nice to Have

  • Experience in small-to-midsize manufacturing environments
  • Materials management or purchasing background
  • SyteLine upgrades or re-implementations
  • APS, forecasting, or demand planning exposure
  • SQL or reporting experience
