Perform a variety of activities to weld, wrap, foam, and assemble evaporator hoppers, barrels, and parts. Work from blueprints, process sheets, and schedules. Organize required materials to complete required assemblies on a timely basis within engineering specifications. Establish and maintain a lean pull system for the finished evaporator from barrel welding through final foaming. According to proper procedures, set and operate a wide variety of mechanical equipment including, but not limited to welding, grinding, wrapping, extruding, spot welding, facing, polishing, and foaming equipment. Our product offering is currently focused on sales into EU with IVDs for professional use and self-testing. About The Role:
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the continuous development and maintenance of a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, incl. ISO 13485 status, while also overseeing product quality assurance and risk assessment initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish product and process quality specifications, to develop or drive improvements and to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and local regulations.
