WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Packaging Operator to support pharmaceutical production in a controlled manufacturing environment. In this role, you will operate packaging equipment, complete batch documentation, and ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards. This position is essential in maintaining a consistent and compliant supply of pharmaceutical products to patients.

YOUR ROLE
- Operate and monitor automated and semi‑automated packaging equipment.
- Perform component verification, in‑process checks, visual inspections, and labeling/packaging accuracy checks.
- Complete all batch records, logbooks, and documentation in accordance with cGMP and GDP standards.
- Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment following established procedures.
- Follow validated equipment parameters and promptly report any deviations or exceptions.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and cross‑training as needed.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging or production within a cGMP environment.
- Ability to work the full Monday–Thursday evening shift (4:45 PM–3:15 AM).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Operate an electric pallet jack.
