This opportunity is in Woodburn, Indiana in our BF Goodrich tire plant. Woodburn is a small town located about 30 mins east of Fort Wayne, IN. Fort Wayne is the cultural and economic center of northeastern Indiana and the second largest city in Indiana. Established in 1961, our plant makes passenger and light truck tires.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- *Ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance/testing, conducting diagnostic tests, setting standards, and confirming consistency with the standards.
- Apply hands on technical troubleshooting skills to existing processes with quality problems.
- Lead the application of root cause analysis in problem solving/deviation from standards.
- *Follow up on process capability take part in ensuring permanent improvements are made.
- Mentor production operators and other team members to improve application of manufacturing standards and reaction in the event of deviation.

Seek to optimize racing car design and setup configurations for on-track vehicle performance gains, using predictive simulation technologies.
Key AccountabilitiesVehicle Performance Simulation & Analysis Responsibilities
- Predictive vehicle performance simulation and analysis for racing car configurations using Driver‑in‑the‑Loop (DIL) and other advanced simulation technologies.
- Analyze, interpret, and report results from DIL, vehicle simulators, and real‑world testing to HRC and racing team stakeholders.
- Guide HRC engineering groups and racing teams to maximize powertrain and overall vehicle performance.
- Design, execute, and optimize vehicle dynamics performance experiments, including free parameter optimization studies.
- Develop, configure, calibrate, and validate vehicle dynamics and performance models using simulation, rig, and on‑track data.
- Prepare model parameters, perform pre‑ and post‑processing, and generate correlation and validation reports.
- Create and maintain vehicle modeling and simulation tools, including models tested on the DIL simulator.
- Support development, debugging, and validation of vehicle dynamics and control system simulation platforms.
- Gather system characterization data and support rig testing (suspension kinematics and compliance, mass properties, shaker testing, wind tunnel, etc.).
- Collaborate with HRC teams to develop rig and track test plans, attend testing, and produce clear, timely technical reports.
- Work closely with HRC engineers, racing teams, Honda affiliates, and external partners to ensure effective communication and data exchange.
- Provide vehicle dynamics analytical expertise as a service across HRC engineering and racing programs.
- Support fault diagnosis and technical problem‑solving at racetracks.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain vehicle control system software.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.1–3 years of experience configuring, operating, and validating vehicle dynamics simulation software, including offline lap simulation, parametric, and multi‑body models. Proficient in analyzing on‑vehicle racing data, including logged data and telemetry.Practical experience with racing car setup methodologies and performance optimization. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle dynamics and chassis systems, including aerodynamics, suspension, and tires, with expert understanding of limit‑handling principles and real‑world application. Position Summary:
- The Test Lab Manager will need strong Project Management experience leading a project in Electronic Power Steering.
- This role oversees testing and validation activities within the engineering lab, serving as the primary project manager for validation programs while leading a team of technicians.

Responsibilities:
Work System & Value Stream Optimization
- Develop, maintain, and improve work system design and time data management across complete value stream processes.
- Introduce new industrial engineering methods and tools to ensure smooth and efficient production ramp-up.
Layout, Lean Line Design, Investment and Capacity Planning
- Maintain and optimize plant layout in accordance with flow-oriented layout concepts, BPS principles and Lean Line design
- Develop work system designs in compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards for existing and new equipment.
- Provide input for investment planning by analyzing production, customer demand and capacity data for the planning period.
- Apply BPS planning guidelines to support data-driven investment decisions
Ergonomics & Workplace Design

Standardized Work & Time Management

Job Description
TheQuality Engineerwill be responsible for supporting various aspects of the Quality Management and Methods (QMM) for the Bosch Albion plant in a very dynamic and time critical landscape. In addition, theQuality Engineerwill actively participate as a vital team member that will support in new product launch, existing production, problem solving, and continuous improvement activities.
- Provides interface between plant to plant and customer quality issues to resolve concerns, complaints, material disposition and reporting as required.
- Promotes and supports APQP by participating in advanced quality programs with internal and external customers.
- Represents Quality in cross functional teams and is responsible to prepare and submit PPAP for approval with internal and external customers.
- Conducts returned part analysis from internal and external customers with support of manufacturing engineering and production.
- Supports customer or third-party plant audits, surveys, or visits.
- Visit customer plants as needed in support of quality concerns or program launch activity.
- Reviews internal and external quality performance statistics and makes recommendations for actions required.
- Lead and/or support structured problem solving processes for internal and external concerns with follow-up on actions to confirm effective corrective actions
- Coordinates suspect material sorting and disposition with the support of internal quality auditors and manufacturing personnel, along with 3rd party providers as required.
- Coordinates control plan and inspection plan development, measuring and inspection equipment evaluation, and inspection strategies.
- Promotes and supports the company quality policy, procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Background in plastic injection molding and manufacturing assembly processes a plus.
- CQE certification desired.
- 5+years quality and/or manufacturing engineering experience.
- Automotive background and experience with customer specific requirements (GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, etc.)
- Problem solving experience using methodologies such as 8D, Shainin, or Six Sigma.
- APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA experience.
Strong communication, organization, project management skills with attention to detail.

This 24-month, entry-level rotational program is designed to provide professional and leadership opportunities within the Power Solutions (PS) division. Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
