Job Summary:

  • The Low Voltage Systems Integration Engineer will contribute to the design and development of Low Voltage systems and be responsible for ensuring reliable performance.
  • You will lead system-level design activities and work side by side with various cross-functional teams to support product design, vehicle behaviors definition, prototype bring-up, and validation with a system level focus.
  • You will lead bring-up and validation activities for each vehicle to build and be responsible for overall functionality and performance of Low Voltage systems throughout the product life cycle.
  • You will Conceptualize, Design, Engineer, Develop, and support the launch of next-generation vehicle platform architectures for electric vehicles.


Responsibilities:

  • Validate low volage system performance through proper analytical and experimental methods
  • Work cross-functionally with HW, SW, and FuSa teams to perform system level failure analysis
  • Drive functional safety analysis and decomposition of complex vehicle subsystems, create functional boundary diagrams and system interface specifications
  • Perform low voltage system characterization through modeling and propose proper load management strategies to ensure system reliability
  • Provide system level insights to component HW design team and play an active role in optimizing the HW design to achieve system level goals
  • Work with cross functional teams to help polish various low voltage system requirements
  • Ensure reliability of low voltage system through analytical and experimental means
  • Perform trade studies to realize efficient system design strategies and optimize for cost
  • Hands-on experience with testing, debugging, and experimental validation of electrical systems on bench and vehicle


The minimum requirements we seek:

  • B.S in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly skilled in using analytical tools such as MATLAB-Simulink, PSIM, LT-Spice, and similar tools to perform system simulations
  • Experience and working knowledge of systems development, vehicle electrical architecture, functional safety, and component level integration planning
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and ability to apply them to automotive concepts
  • Proven debugging and diagnostic skills in electrical, mechanical, and software domains
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a high performing team
  • A systems approach to design and development with the desire and curiosity to strive for exceptional delivery execution and continuous improvement


Preferred Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields

  • Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, power supplies, etc.)

Position Summary:

  • The Test Lab Manager will need strong Project Management experience leading a project in Electronic Power Steering.
  • This role oversees testing and validation activities within the engineering lab, serving as the primary project manager for validation programs while leading a team of technicians.
  • This role works with customers to define requirements, test cases, and fixtures while ensuring systems are validated across embedded software, hardware, and mechanical components.
  • Lastly, this role is daily on-site in the test lab.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage testing and validation programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and engineering requirements.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the test lab, communicate tasks, and supervise a team of technicians.
  • Responsible for the time/cost aspects of the testing lab
  • Responsible for resource schedule and laboratory timelines

Required Experience

The Junior Electrical Engineer will support the integration and coordination of vehicle electrical architecture, system specifications, documentation releases, and change management activities. The role involves assisting in requirements analysis, vehicle configuration (PROXI), and supporting early-stage vehicle builds at the assembly plant.

This position works closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure timely delivery of program milestones and electrical system integration activities.


Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support cross-functional coordination to help meet program deliverables and timelines
  • Review program timing, product plans, series cards, and bulletins; communicate updates to relevant teams
  • Assist in reviewing investigation bulletins and collaborate with the EE team to provide technical feedback

Basic Qualifications

Mechanical Design Engineer – ADAS Hardware Packaging

Description :

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering and strong experience in automotive product development. The candidate must have either a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience.

The role focuses on the mechanical design and packaging of hardware components supporting automotive ADAS systems. This includes developing mechanical parts such as housings, mounting brackets and structural supports for vision systems, radar, safety sensors and related control units from initial concept through mass production.

The engineer will be responsible for full product development activities including design feasibility studies, cost analysis, strength calculations, part construction and specification definition, while coordinating prototyping, fabrication and manufacturing activities.

The position requires strong expertise in Catia V5 & V6 (including VPM Navi) along with advanced surfacing, meshing, FEA, sheet metal design, CAE, draft analysis and digital mockup (SPA). Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal forming, stamping, welding, injection molding and process control is required.
