About the Role
We are looking for a National Account Manager, Amazon to join our expanding team. The National Account Manager, Amazon will be focused on growing the Splenda and SlimFast brands on Amazon. This role will report to the Omnichannel Director and work in collaboration with Heartland’s marketing team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management
- Responsible for Amazon sales target and P&L
- Manage and improve account profitability
- Own Amazon budget and target planning, strategy and overall account management
- Lead annual AVN and manage Vendor Manager and AVS relationship
- Approve deductions and manage TPM system
Amazon Advertising
- Strategize, implement, maintain and optimize advertising campaigns through Amazon’s Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Advertising
- Own relationship with Amazon’s Ads team and our advertising agency
- Coordinate with Heartland’s marketing team to promote sales on Amazon through social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, coupon programs and incorporating Amazon into master brand marketing strategies

About This Role Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for assigned geographies, establish relationships with customers, and ensure a successful sale of our products. This role is field-based and will require gaining access to customers in a clinic or hospital setting while also maximizing the ability to engage through digital channels.
SAMs will be responsible for product performance at a territory level and expected to be a disease category expert and product champion. The SAM will provide account management support and exhibit business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace.

We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to monitor and report on the company’s inventory. The accurate and efficient handling of products is critical to CISCO’s success. Responsibilities
- Perform manual inventory adjustments each day
- Check daily seed mixing reports against system inventory journals to ensure accuracy
- Perform cycle counts by following product category schedule based on total sales, warehouse location, and buyer requests
- Check and correct product locations and cross references, collect damage, consolidate product
- Recount and investigate variances
- Review invoiced credit memos, record necessary inventory adjustments, and ensure defective items were not returned to inventory
- Investigate shipping backorders and correct the cause, if applicable
- Investigate shipping/receiving discrepancies. Reach conclusion based on inventory count and/or security camera footage and correct
- Assist buyers with various inventory-related requests
- Check date-sensitive product lines for rotation immediately after receipt of product
- Maintain schedule to spot count bird food ingredients and stock mixes
- Review permanent location items in racks and replace product based on sales or product discontinuation
- Spot count major seed products regularly
- Prepare for and organize yearly seed physical inventory count
- Assist with trade show activities
- Assist with altering warehouse layout and rack levels
- Other duties as necessary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all operations across the manufacturing facility

Position Description:
The Production Manager (PM) is responsible for providing leadership and systems to efficiently operate all production, as well as provide support towards corporate initiatives. In this role, the PM will work toward continuously improving all processes focusing on the elimination of non-value add operations and waste in the supply chain while working with other departments as necessary to support these goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the plant has a SPS strategy and roadmap leading to the achievement of lean processes and lean operating practices to achieve optimum results and consistency in each plant.
- Responsible for the overall safety of all employees ensuring proper procedures are applied when working operations and maintaining a safe physical
- Provide supervision and technical leadership. Coach and develop Group Leaders and Team Leaders to become business leaders.
- Lead the application of SPS tools and appropriate project planning tools to improve processes, eliminate waste, and reduce cycle time. Facilitate the identification, selection, prioritization and assignment of projects with an emphasis on those that have breakthrough potential.
- Be fully conversant with the operation and performance parameters of the Value Stream Unit production equipment and its effective use as a production tool from the concurrent perspective of safety, production, and quality.
- Meet customer requirements for quality and delivery.
- Respond quickly and effectively to direct customer requests as well as Shiloh sales and marketing requirements for information, quotation, documentation an prototype parts.
- Achieving established budget
- May perform other duties as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages the activities of Production Staff and all Business Unit production employees.
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Production Management or related technical field preferred and minimum of 5 years related experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Current Shiloh employee with appropriate experience in progressively higher positions and enrolled in classes to pursue appropriate degree necessary.
Skills and Abilities
- Experience in working with MRP and other inventory systems.
- Competent in working with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, MPCS and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

As the front-line leader, the Production Supervisor is instrumental in ensuring that we meet our business objectives on-time, safely, efficiently, and with a high degree of quality. They are responsible for the execution of daily production in a large facility. Performance objectives are based on six areas of focus:

• Review technical documentation such as SDS/HDS, layouts, manuals, datasheets.
• Manage other engineering design firms, equipment vendors, construction firms, and internal/external stakeholders as required to execute projects.

• Work may require occasional support over shutdowns or extended hours, specifically during installation and commissioning / validation phases.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of GMP requirements for working in pharma/biotech facilities, with a Basic understanding of SOPs, Validation, Change Controls.
• 10+ years of experience pharma process engineering experience, with at least 6 years of bioprocess engineering experience (upstream or downstream)
• Excellent written and spoken English is required including the preparation of technical documents in English
• Experience in leading teams.
• Experience with, and knowledge of some of the typical Biotechnology processes & peripheral systems is required; Upstream Biotech Processes (Fermentation, Bioreactors, Centrifugation, Thawing), Downstream / Purification Biotech Processes (chromatography, TFF, DF, NF-MF), Fill & Finish equipment, Media Preparation, CIP/SIP systems, Buffer Preparation, clean utilities (PW, WFI, CS, PS)
• Possess leadership skills, and be able to take initiative to lead projects, involving multiple stakeholders, departments, and varying complexity.
• Possess mentorship skills, to coach and develop junior and intermediate employees.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
