- The CRNA ensures appropriate documentation within the accordance of hospital and regulatory requirements and protects information of all forms, whether computer-based, paper, film, voice, or other media from unauthorized access modification, destruction, or intentional or accidental disclosure.
- The CRNA is expected to demonstrate a high standard of moral and ethical behavior, professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care.
- The CRNA continuously engages in projects that maintain and advance professional competency.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Completion of Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist Council on accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs.
- Prefer clinical working experience as a CRNA within the given specialty/service line recommended, but none required.
- APRNs, PAs, CRNAs and CNMs are required to be appointed to the Affiliated Medical Staff of a YNHHS Hospital and credentialed through the Medical Staff process.
- CRNAs should be able to stand for long periods of time and wear lead as needed for fluoroscopy, X-Ray cases. CRNAs must have the ability to lift 25 pounds and reach above and below shoulder height. CRNA must be able to negotiate patient care environments and be able to move self/patients between anesthesia locations.

Act as lead schedule representative to major projects.

Provide weekly/monthly summary reports to Project Management leadership team, Site Project Management team and executive leadership.

Considerable knowledge and work experience in project planning and work management.
Knowledge of company software and systems used for scheduling outages.
Proficiency in Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule analysis, with considerable experience in the use of a computer, spreadsheet applications and on-line scheduling software.
Proven ability to prepare and present technical information and data in a variety of formats.
Previous experience working with LAN-based project scheduling tools.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work of self and others, work in a fast paced environment.

Works Under The Supervision Of The Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator. The Registered Nurse (Rn) Assesses, Plans, Implements, Evaluates And Supervises Individual Patient Care On A Nursing Unit/Department According To Unit Policies And Procedures. - Associate degree preferred
- Certified Hospice Nurse (CHPN) preferred
- Three+ years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology, or patient population-specific nursing (i.e., geriatrics, pediatric, etc.)
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience

Responsibilities:β―β―Β
As a Hospice Registered Nurse Team Director, you will:Β
- Supervise direct patient and family care team members, in collaboration with program site leadership
- Responsible for scheduling , payroll, and other administrative duties
- Ensure all initial assessments and required reassessments are conducted by qualified team members within required time frames, including documentation submissions, and/or synchonization
- Oversee and support the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) in development, implementation, and review of the interdicisiplinary plan of care for each patient and family
- Collaborate with program site leadership memebrs to monitor, manage, and mentor staff in patient care activities, productivity, and documentation per related policies and protocols
- Pariticpates and promotes Back to Bedside efforts in reinforcing Case Management skills, and knowledge and attitude per protocol for all disciplines
- Collaborate with site leadership to support staff education efforts
- Facilitates IDG meetings and provides ongoing IDG Support such as triaging incoming calls, provides caller support and assistance, and performs quality calls
- Participates in or lead quality improvement activities, including data collection and aggregation as able

Salary and Duty Location Recruitment Incentives and Benefits
Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year
Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.
LOCATION INCENTIVES: If you accept one of the duty locations listed below, you may be eligible to receive an additional 15%-25% of your salary each year for the first three (3) years of employment in addition to any overtime pay. Some locations may offer 25% for four (4) years.
Duty locations offering 25% recruitment incentives: Otay Mesa, San Francisco, San Ysidro, and Tecate, CA; Key West, FL; etc.
Duty locations offering 15% recruitment incentives: Honolulu, HI; Portal, ND; etc.
Duty location offering 10% recruitment incentives: Calexico, CA
Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
- Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
- Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping.
- Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats.
- Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity.
Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education.
Other Requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Residency: Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years.
- Age Restriction: Must be referred before your 40th birthday (some exceptions apply).
- Veterans Preference: Eligible veterans may qualify for excepted service appointment.
Formal Training: Includes two-week orientation and 101-day academy at FLETC in Glynco, GA. Spanish training may be required for certain locations.
