Responsibilities
Those in the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field go beyond the duties of basic Hospital Corpsman, working in austere and challenging environments while saving lives. Each of the three classifications has its own responsibilities:
Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC)
- Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs
- Engage as a team member in direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare
Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT)
- Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
- Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
- Provide relief and assistance in areas ravaged by catastrophic natural disasters
- Support Search and Rescue (SAR), tactical evacuation (TECEVAC), Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) and Combat Search & Rescue (CSAR) for Navy and Marine Corps Aviation
Deep Sea Diving Medical Technician (DMT)
- Provide basic medicine and assist medics in prevention and treatment of diving related illnesses, injuries associated with deep sea diving and hyperbaric conditions
- Operate, test and repair all Navy diving equipment
- Perform underwater inspections, harbor/port/ship security inspections, conduct ordnance searches, rescue personnel, engage in special warfare and small boat operations
- Operate Swimmer Delivery Vehicle Dry-Deck Shelter system and submarine Lock-in/Lock-out systems
Work Environment
As a Hospital Corpsman, you have the most diverse range of work environments in the Navy. Your job will likely take you all over the world-and far out of your comfort zone. If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes precarious conditions. From deep-sea diving to combat missions to flying in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission. You may work independent of a physician or under supervision in this program.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training including:
Hospital Corps A School (19 weeks) in San Antonio, Texas for training on basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After A School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
- Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman Pipeline (121 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced trauma skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine and basic dental exams. - Search and Rescue Medical Tech Pipeline (27 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to advanced fluid resuscitation, administration and management of Advanced Life Support medications, use of emergency medical equipment, rescue and recovery devices and patient handling. - Medical Deep Sea Diving Tech Pipeline (28 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving related illnesses.
After completing your pipeline, you'll receive your first assignment. You'll go wherever you're needed, which can be anywhere in the world. Automatic promotion opportunities are available but are competitive and based on completion of pipeline.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
- Legal Advice & Counsel:
- Provide expert legal advice on complex, sensitive, and urgent privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters related to OIP and Administration priority initiatives.
- Advise on federal, state, and local privacy laws and regulations impacting City agencies and citywide initiatives.
- Prepare privacy impact assessments and advise on privacy implications of proposed technologies and data use initiatives.
- Policy & Legislation:
- Shape, draft, and review privacy-related policies, legislation, and citywide guidance.
- Monitor and provide legal analysis concerning legislative and regulatory developments in privacy, data security, and cybersecurity, briefing relevant stakeholders.
- Contracts & Agreements:
- Drive, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements, including Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), data sharing agreements, terms of service, multi-agency data integration agreements, and business use cases.

At least 12 (twelve) years of legal experience, including experience in NYC government and intergovernmental affairs or implementing and supporting an enterprise privacy program.
Bar Admission:
- Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
- Providing legal advice on a range of complex U.S. privacy and data security laws and regulations (e.g., NYC Identifying Information Law, GDPR implications for US entities, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, state breach notification laws, and other relevant federal, state, and local statutes).
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of privacy-related legal documents and commercial agreements (e.g., MOUs, NDAs, data sharing/processing agreements, terms of service, master service agreements with privacy implications).
- Developing and drafting organizational privacy policies, internal/external legal guidance, compliance materials, and templates.
- Conducting or providing significant legal support for privacy impact assessments, data protection impact assessments, or similar privacy risk analyses.
- Advising on the privacy and data security implications of new or emerging technologies, digital services, or data use initiatives.
- Supporting the implementation or operation of components of an enterprise-level or significant organizational privacy program.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background supporting both Mac and Windows enterprise environments (over 500 end users), with a stronger emphasis on Mac. Experience supporting SaaS applications such as Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Github, Gitlab administration, GenAI LLM platform administration are needed. White-glove support supporting VIPs/executives is highly preferred.
The IT Service Desk Technician provides basic technical assistance and support to internal end users as well as augments the IT Service Desk Team by performing repetitive tasks and functions, such as imagining hardware, swapping devices, and counting IT hardware inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of IT to corporate employees in the respective office location.
- Ensure that the physical IT technology in the office is operational (e.g. AV rooms, wifi, badge readers, cameras, etc).
- Oversee the suite of collaboration tooling in use and ensure end users have great experiences using the tools provided.
- Work to improve the procurement and asset management practices for IT hardware and software.
- Be responsible for the physical inventory of computer assets, and ensure the local equipment is tracked efficiently and securely.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of IT end user support experience in a Mac focused environment (80% Mac/20% Windows)
- Prior experience providing Desktop Support at Tier 2 levels as well as being in an active member of an on-call support rotation.
- Experience using desktop imagining and MDM tools, such as Intune, SmartImager, Imperious, and SmartDeploy.
- Thorough knowledge of PC hardware, PDA devices, desktop software, Windows 10 and 11, O365, anti-virus, internet browsers, and network connectivity.
- Hands-on experience working with and updating support tickets in a ticket management platform such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with banking integration and operations readiness experience to support a large-scale M&A conversion. The Project Manager will coordinate readiness activities across Technology, Branch Operations, and Site Readiness to ensure colleagues, systems, and back-office functions are fully prepared for integration.
This role partners closely with the Integration Management Office (IMO), Technology, Operations, and Field Leadership teams to execute cutover plans, manage readiness deliverables, and support a seamless colleague transition during merger integration.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Support end-to-end readiness planning and execution for Colleague Tech & Operations Readiness workstreams.
- Manage project plans, milestones, and dependencies within the IMO framework.
- Conduct readiness checkpoints and coordinate cutover logistics across multiple business lines.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and assist with reporting to leadership.
- Partner with the IMO Program Lead to track progress, escalate blockers, and align on critical path items.
- Partner with Facilities, Real Estate, and IT to ensure branch readiness ahead of conversion.
- Coordinate with field teams to validate signage, branch technology, and ATM/ITM readiness.
- Track status and dependencies related to branch rebranding, infrastructure, and access control.
- Serve as liaison between business and technology teams during integration.
- Support resource planning, readiness reviews, and change control.
- Contribute to executive and IMO reporting to highlight readiness status and key metrics.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management within banking, financial services, or enterprise integration.
- Strong background in M&A, operational readiness, or system conversion projects.
- Understanding of branch operations, colleague enablement, and IT readiness activities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM, or Workday.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with cross-functional coordination experience.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

- Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure design and planning, server and operating systems management, network infrastructure and protocols, network virtualization, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, network security, monitoring and performance optimization, and vendor management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and drive successful outcomes.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
