The FSQA Supervisor for Manufacturing is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance related Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in adherence with regulatory and SQF standards. The position supervises and supports all hourly Team Members (TMs). This will include effectively helping to manage the Quality Assurance TMs whilst ensuring compliance to our manufacturing, food safety and quality standards, which includes approved processes, policies and procedures.

Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 6pm-4:30am

Essential Functions

  • Provide employee training and instructions to provide advice on how to perform their task (FSQA checks, inspections, documentation, expectations, training)
  • Support managing the department engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.

  • Develop, motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of hourly associates, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within.
  • Verify CCP checks are completed within the set frequencies and meet the HACCP plan's critical limits. Any failed, missed, or cancelled check has proper supporting documentation for the non-compliant check.
  • Monitor the DigiSense temperature system and escalate any non-conformities for temperature abuse to mitigate food safety risk.
  • Verify truck inspections are completed in a timely manner and escalate any non-conformities for temperature abuse.
  • Document and submit the daily end of shift report via email.
  • Update quality numbers in the computer system; can use a computer and type/data entry using computer programs
  • Monitor and update your department's staffing metrics and headcount
  • Coach and train hourly FSQA employees to follow company procedures and processes.
  • Evaluate team productivity and accomplishments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, Holds, and any other FSQA requirements.
  • Provide and oversee inspection activity for products throughout the production cycle.
  • Overseeing established calibration and testing program.
  • Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
  • Use structured problem solving and sound process design skills to improve operations as it relates to the product safety
  • Use effective project management and communication techniques to ensure successful change management

Job Description

The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. The is an exempt position offers a salary range of $69,999.00 to $94,736.64 Annually and is bonus eligible. This bonus is based on the company’s budgeted EBITDA performance. If the budgeted targets are not met, the Board of Directors will determine the bonus, if any.

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer – Injection Molding Manufacturing to join their team. This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across design, manufacturing, and new product introduction while working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys seeing designs move from concept to production and who brings strong manufacturing knowledge, technical curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and complete products using 3D and 2D CAD tools in SolidWorks.
  • Creating and maintaining engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
  • Supporting new product development (NPD) initiatives, from concept through production launch.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to resolve design or production challenges.
  • Partnering with external vendors and suppliers to evaluate manufacturability, tooling, and process capability.
  • Driving design validation activities through prototyping, testing, and iterative improvement.
  • Participating in structured design reviews and risk assessments such as DFM, DFMEA, and tolerance analysis.
  • Supporting engineering change activity and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout production.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts related to quality, cost, and manufacturability.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, including powder coatings, castings, stampings, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, extrusions, and/or packaging processes.
  • Advanced proficiency with SolidWorks.
  • Hands-on experience working with prototypes, suppliers, and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with 3D printing / additive manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting products in regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems.


Compensation Range: $90,000 - $95,000
