The Negotiator, Video Partnerships role is responsible for negotiating, placing and maintaining National video buys on behalf of our clients. Negotiators must work collaboratively with other disciplines such as Strategy, Communications Design, and Client Advice and Management. Responsibilities

* Responsive to client requests including research reports, preparing schedules, buying highlights


* Assist in preparing deck slides for client buy presentations

How You'll Contribute:



We are seeking a skilled and reliable project manager to operate within one of our client ecosystems. Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, managing deliverables from engineering, CAD and Programming and overseeing the completion of projects. The PM is responsible for completing systems integration projects on time, on budget and achieving high customer satisfaction from our stakeholders. Portfolio & Growth

The Senior Manager of Trade Marketing is a vital role within the Naturium marketing team. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative omnichannel go-to-market strategies that will enable Naturium to breakthrough the highly competitive beauty environment. As Sourcing Manager, you will support new product launches, post-development optimization, and supplier execution across e.l.f. beauty’s multi-brand portfolio. In this role, you'll support content creation, scheduling, and user-generated content (UGC) sourcing that helps bring the e.l.f. brand to life across our social channels. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in social media marketing within a fast-paced, creative environment while contributing to campaigns that excite beauty fans everywhere.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the monthly social media calendar
  • Source and request user-generated content (UGC) aligned with monthly product and campaign priorities
  • Support the creation of engaging social content as needed

This role serves as the operational backbone supporting the experience team across e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, and emerging brand verticals, ensuring our events run smoothly from strategy through execution.
This role is rooted in operational excellence, supporting the team from strategy to execution by owning the details, managing the logistics, tracking details, and removing busywork so the team can focus on creative and big-picture thinking. Responsibilities:

  • Event Logistics Support
  • Coordinate event travel bookings (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for team members and partners and managing travel communications across the team.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding.
  • In partnership with Associate Manager, manage shipment logistics, inventory list, and building detailed product planning.
  • Help maintain run-of-shows, invite coordination, contact sheets, and face sheets that serve our events.
  • Attend meetings and provide meeting notes with action items.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of event and product look book.
  • Assist with onsite event needs when applicable.


  • Product, Event Inventory, and Storage Management


  • Maintain accurate product inventory across event storage spaces, product rooms, and on-hand activation materials.
  • Oversee product room organization, cleanliness, and accessibility. Ensure products are properly labeled, shelved, and rotated to reduce waste or expiration concerns.
  • Coordinate replenishment needs in partnership with Experiential, Office Ops, and Warehouse teams.
  • Manage event storage room operations, including tracking what assets live where and confirming timely returns post-activation.
  • Support fulfillment and packing for event product orders, kits, and replenishments as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date storage and asset logs with detailed counts, movement tracking, and usage summaries.

As our Creative Director shifts focus on campaign and editorial storytelling, this role will take primary ownership of our eCommerce and PDP visual ecosystemβ€”ensuring our always-on content is as thoughtful, intentional, and on-brand as our biggest moments.
