How You’ll Make a Difference:
As a Dental Office Manager, you will lead the office in all office operations in support of the doctors to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an extensive, ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

As a key member of the firm, you will provide expert counsel on all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment policies, compliance, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour laws, and labor relations.
In this role, you will: represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.
Advise on union negotiations, collective bargaining, grievances, and workplace investigations, and lead high-stakes employment litigation, including class and collective actions.
Qualifications: 1.
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Portable book of business required.
3.
Admission to the Pennsylvania state bar and in good standing.
4.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in labor and employment law.
5.
Proven experience in representing clients in complex legal matters and achieving successful outcomes.
6.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
7.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
8.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9.
A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality of client information.
