What You’ll Do

• Support employment litigation matters, including discovery management, drafting responses to interrogatories, and coordinating document productions
• Assist attorneys with administrative charges filed with the EEOC and state and local human rights agencies
• Partner closely with Employment Legal attorneys, Human Resources, and business stakeholders to gather facts and documents for legal assessments
• Conduct legal research on federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA)

What We’re Looking For

• High level of competency with Allen-Bradley PLC (Control Logix 5000), HMI (Allen Bradley ME and SE), and Allen-Bradley motors/drives.
• Robot programming experience - preferably Fanuc.
• Ability to analyze data to define problems, determine solutions, and measure successful implementation of solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead supplier APQP of different projects.

Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer will support product durability efforts by leading DFMEA analysis, developing test plans, and providing hands-on support during testing activities. This role works closely with R&D and the Testing Department to translate risk assessments into executable test requirements and ensure effective issue resolution.
