Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Mule Vehicle Triage (E/E) to support our OEM customer in Novi, MI with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution on Mule and early prototype vehicles.

This role is and requires strong hands-on experience with in-vehicle networks, data logging, and triage processes.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in vehicle communication networks, the use of Vector tools, and data logging systems, and is able to work independently onsite with the customer.

Key Responsibilities

Onsite Mule Vehicle Triage & Issue Resolution

• Perform structured troubleshooting of electrical and electronic issues
• Isolate and analyze faults in vehicle EE systems
• Support quick restoration of vehicle functionality

Vehicle Network Analysis & Diagnostics

• Work with CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet (incl. DoIP)
• Perform communication checks, trace analysis, and bus monitoring

Data Logging & Configuration

• Set up, configure, and operate various data loggers
• Validate logger configuration and evaluate recorded data
• Provide initial analysis and recommendations

Vector Tools & Hardware Operation

• Use CANoe, CANalyzer, and other Vector toolchain applications
• Operate Vector hardware modules (VN, VT, VX series)
• Run restbus simulations, trace evaluations, and diagnostics

General EE Technical Support

• Support flashing, coding, and update procedures (basic knowledge)
• Perform troubleshooting related to power supply, network communication, and diagnostics

Customer Interaction & Reporting

• Work closely with the Engineering Fleet Manager 
• Communicate issues, findings, and technical assessments clearly 
• Document triage steps, logs, and root-cause indications

Required Skills, Experience and Education 

Strong understanding of Zonal EE Architectures 

• Deep knowledge of vehicle communication protocols: 
• CAN 
• LIN 
• FlexRay 
• Automotive Ethernet (DoIP) 

Hands-on experience with: 

• Vector hardware & tooling (CANoe, CANalyzer) 
• Data loggers including configuration 
• EE troubleshooting and general vehicle diagnostic workflows 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 
• 2 –5 years of related work experience 
• Ability to manage triage steps independently (vehicle level)

What You Will Achieve

• Own all store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), store operations, stock level/inventory, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Enhance store personnel performance through training, coaching, development, and motivation.
• Training and development of district's Store Managers into all-star leaders.
• Manage payroll budget and determine hiring needs.
• Lead and conduct interviews for prospective new retail team rmembers, training, and onboarding.

What You Will Need

• Demonstrate a level of leadership that comes from a minimun 5-10 years of retail/boutiques sales experiences, proven multi-unit experience of at least 2-5 years in role

EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent

communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and

timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite

survey/inspection assignments in the Lansing, MI area, and other locations within approximately 100 miles of Lansing.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to

insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a

commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct

potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to

manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a

local territory and complete work assignments on time.

Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and

improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses

we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,

construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the

business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial

insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,

Inland Marine and Builders Risk.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,

loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested

candidates are encouraged to submit their qualifications. In lieu of experience, we can refer

you to a 15-hour online certification option to qualify you. Fees are negotiable depending on

A stable specialty distribution company in Troy, MI is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will supervise the team while working alongside them on the floor.

What You’ll Own

• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, picking, and fulfillment
• Assign work and monitor productivity in real time
• Enforce safety standards and address issues immediately
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading

Job Summary:

We are seeking a forward-thinking SDET to help modernize and lead our test automation strategy. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable, maintainable, and integrated test automation frameworks across UI and API layers using modern tools like Playwright and TypeScript, while also contributing to CI/CD testing integration. The SDET will also play a key role in supporting manual testing efforts within Agile feature teams—guiding test case design, exploratory testing, and quality validation for areas not yet automated. This position is critical to enabling feature teams to take ownership of both automated and manual testing, ensuring faster, higher-quality releases.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Partner with Agile feature teams to understand user stories, define acceptance criteria, and promote a test-first mindset through collaboration in design and refinement sessions.

· Build, maintain, and evolve test automation frameworks using Playwright (preferred), TypeScript, or other enterprise-approved tools to support API and UI testing.

· Drive the transition from legacy frameworks (e.g., Selenium + Java, Postman/Newman) to unified automation aligned with our CI/CD strategy.

· Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure test cases are executed in CI pipelines and provide fast, actionable feedback.

· Support feature teams with manual testing efforts when needed, including test case design, exploratory testing, and validation of complex workflows that are not yet automated.

· Develop and maintain automated API tests (REST/SOAP) and end-to-end tests that validate functional and non-functional requirements.

· Participate in code reviews and contribute to test architecture decisions to ensure reliability, reusability, and scalability of test assets.

· Write and maintain SQL queries to validate data integrity and support test data creation strategies.

· Serve as a quality engineering champion—help guide automation strategy, mentoring peers, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA practices.

· Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and defects, and support compliance with enterprise policies (e.g., HIPAA, security, audit readiness).

Preferred Experience:

· Hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript preferred) or similar frameworks like Cypress.

· Migration experience from Selenium + Java or Postman to modern frameworks.

· Familiarity with test reporting, dashboarding, and quality metrics in a DevOps environment.

· Experience with test case management tools (e.g., qTest, QMetry, TestRail) and requirements traceability.

Implementation Project Manager (Workday Adaptive Planning)

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project/Program Manager to lead the stabilization and rebuild of a Workday Adaptive Planning (WDAP) environment. This role will partner closely with Finance and IT to drive ownership alignment, improve system performance, and deliver a scalable planning solution.

This is a highly visible role requiring both strong project leadership and a solid understanding of FP&A systems and processes. Experience within Insurance or subscription-based business models is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and/or rebuild of Workday Adaptive Planning
• Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, and overall delivery execution
• Partner with Finance (business stakeholders) and IT to establish clear ownership and governance
• Manage third-party vendors/partners (e.g., system integrators)
• Identify current system gaps and lead stabilization efforts
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation phases
• Ensure alignment between functional (FP&A) and technical (data/integrations) teams
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively drive resolution
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates
• Support change management and user adoption efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of Project Management experience, including enterprise system implementations
• Proven experience leading Workday Adaptive Planning (WDAP) implementations or similar FP&A tools (Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.)
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Experience working in cross-functional environments (Finance + IT)
• Demonstrated ability to manage system rebuilds, transformations, or stabilization efforts
• Experience working with or managing system integrators/consulting partners
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a post-go-live stabilization or turnarounds
