POSITION SUMMARY:

The Shift Supervisor ensures day-to-day safe and efficient operation of the Plant and provides leadership, coaching, training, and direction to employees.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products consistent with effective operations and cost factors.
• Ensures products are manufactured with an emphasis on quality and strict adherence to specifications and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE)

• Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum of 3-5 years related experience in the paper industry or manufacturing discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
