QC Supervisor (2nd Shift)
WHO?:
INCOG Biopharma Services in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a QC Supervisor to cover their 2nd shift (3pm to 11:30pm) who will report to the QC lab leadership (Chem/Micro). They will be involved in QC deviation investigations, laboratory investigations and CAPA implementation. They will also influence the accomplishments of companywide and team goals and objectives as well as inspire team members while consistently modelling ALP values in all interactions.
WHAT?:
- Provide technical support, oversite and team leadership for Quality Control Chemistry, Microbiology and Quality Control Technical Services.

YOU:
Ideally, candidates will have 3-5 years working knowledge of GMP laboratory operations (Chemistry or Microbiology), as well as a relevant Bachelor’s degree. They will also have:
- Experience with using laboratory instrumentation from pH/conductivity meters, osmometers, and density meters to more complicated systems used for UHPLC/HPLC, GC, CE, icIEF, endotoxin, and bioburden analysis.

POSITION SUMMARY:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintains positive relations with associates and management. Conducts associate investigations and provides recommendations for a resolution. Assists management with corrective action and creates documentation as necessary. Reviews/approves terminations to ensure appropriate documentation and consistency. Supports supervisor and manager coaching and investment/training.
- Researches and processes unemployment claims. Represents the company at unemployment hearings.
- Performs HR administrative tasks such as processing personnel action forms and personnel file maintenance.
- Handles termination/off-boarding process for associates in assigned areas, such as exit interviews and the termination checklist.
- Prepares and analyzes HR metrics, including turnover, grievances, and recruitment. Evaluates trends and makes recommendations for HR and Operations leadership.
- Lead and support Associate Recognition Programs by planning and executing monthly engagement activities, including cafeteria communications highlighting initiatives and events, coordinating activity-of-the-month promotions, and organizing seasonal/holiday decorating to reinforce a positive workplace culture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. Human Resources from an accredited university or equivalent work history.
- 3-5 years of recent Human Resources experience in a Generalist role.
- Knowledge of labor relations/union environment a plus.
- Working knowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish - is a plus, but not required
- Strong written communication skills with prior experience preparing memorandums, policies, procedures, and other forms of HR related correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a strong working knowledge of Excel. Experience with Microsoft Teams (channels) and shared drives for cross-functional collaboration with business partners is preferred.

WHAT?
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a team of supplier quality professionals, establishing clear performance objectives, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

YOU!
Ideally, candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field. You will also have 7+ years of pharmaceutical quality assurance with at least 3 years in supplier quality management.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations (21 CFR Parts 210, 211, 600), EMA regulations, ICH guidelines, and GMP requirements related to quality assurance and quality systems.
- Experience with supplier auditing, qualification, and ongoing management programs
- Demonstrated ability to identify improvements to quality systems and to lead implementation of these improvements

- 1st shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to support the operations of direct-to-patient pharmacy services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacy workflows, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
This role will assist pharmacists and internal teams in ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations.
• Assist pharmacists in processing and verifying prescription orders in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Support daily pharmacy operations including order entry • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer support, IT) to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and help identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data security in all pharmacy-related activities.
• Stay informed on best practices and technologies in pharmacy operations to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license or certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a direct-to-patient or mail-order environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and automated dispensing technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving processes.
Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
What to Expect Assume significant technical responsibility early in your career as part of a lean headquarters staff; work primarily in an analytical and oversight role rather than operating plants at sea; balance long term engineering projects with time sensitive fleet and shipyard issues; frequent coordination with senior civilian engineers, naval officers, and technical teams; high expectations for attention to detail, judgment, and written and oral communication.
Work Environment Work mainly at Naval Reactors Headquarters in the Washington, District of Columbia area with regular engagement with Department of Energy laboratories, nuclear training sites, shipyards, and nuclear powered ships and submarines; office based work that includes document reviews, technical meetings, inspections, and site visits rather than day to day shipboard watchstanding.
Pathways, Training & Advancement Officer commissioning through programs such as Officer Candidate School or the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate program followed by a structured technical qualification program at Naval Reactors; rotational exposure to laboratories, prototypes, shipyards, and fleet support issues; progressive responsibility leading projects and becoming a subject matter expert, with opportunities for professional military education and advanced graduate study in technical fields.
Entry through the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate program for qualified college students and recent graduates, or selection via Officer Candidate School for those who already hold qualifying degrees; all applicants must meet Nuclear Propulsion Program academic and technical screening standards in addition to general officer commissioning requirements.
