Position Summary
The Kitchen Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily food production activities, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency are upheld to meet company and customer standards. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operations Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen production activities to meet established daily output and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and control production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Monitor adherence to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines across all operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local food safety regulations.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and equipment, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
- Promote and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the production floor.
Team Leadership & Communication
- Assign tasks to kitchen staff, monitor performance, and support employee development.

Requirements & Qualifications
- HACCP Certification required
- Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food processing, kitchen production, or warehouse environments
- Proficient in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work any assigned shift based on business needs
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Some college coursework preferred but not required with equivalent experience
Physical Requirements

Drummond Woodsum seeks an attorney to join its business services practice at its Portland, Maine office.
This position will involve a broad range of work, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, securities laws matters, and other commercial transactions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance and contract issues, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements.
Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage and work well on a team.
